Holy shit it's basically the theatrythem ISO. Can the radio play while flying? High wind takes to the skies during takeoff would be sex.

I sure hope so...

This is a ridiculously large set of songs. How much drive time is there I wonder? I need a long route just as an excuse for listening (though I suppose the bros can always park on a romantic bluff overlooking the ocean for a while).

Really impressed at the list. So much variety and the Type-0/Dissidia inclusions are surprising.

(But where's Besaid Island? Would've been the perfect sightseeing music)

So....when the full stand alone FFXV OST is released, do guys think it'll include all these tracks from the previous games? Technically these are part of the XV soundtrack now. Especially considering how much time you're supposed to be spending on a road trip in the game.

cool idea, add about 15 extra cds to ffxv ost and sell it for $300 more

squeenix gonna be rolling in all dat moni

That's a pretty damn good tracklist. They even have the FFXII rendition of Battle at the Big Bridge.

But where's To Zanarkand? That seems like a fairly big omission.

It's cool that they put so much variety from past games onto the car radio.

I'm shocked they didn't include To Zanarkand.

They can just package it as a fancy LE/Premium OST package, while also offering a more lean, basic OST. You know fans would gobble it up. I know I'd day-1 it.

(Imagine if it came in a fancy box/case/CD slip-pack that was made to look like the car-stereo controls.)

man, I know it's an FF game but I kinda wish they'd go whole hog and thrown some Chrono Trigger or Bravely Default in there too

still - all the good FF7 tracks are in there

Aww no To Zanarkand or XIII-2 tracks :(

Amazing list regardless. There's lot more songs than I was expecting.

Truth be told I think the franchise needs a box set or two. Not a selection.

Some really good stuff, though like everyone, there are some stuff missing I'd like.

Will say, they should put some of Heavenswards on there. Some really good stuff.

I'd also replace The Highwind Takes to the Skies and put in Cid's Theme (VII)

Are these the original songs untouched, or re done for the game?

Actually torn on which I would prefer. Be cool to see these songs done up with a big orchestra but switching between the decades of sounds would be amazing too.

Final Fantasy IX Original Soundtrack

Great to see FFXII and IX getting a lot of love! Great track choices across all the games. As people have said, I'm surprised there is no X-2. (ETA: Oh, no XIII-2 and LR, either. Shame.) I have to admit that I'm not the biggest fan of a lot of the arrangements from Dissidia, either, so it's disappointing that there are so many. Positively, using the Dissidia tracks obviously means that all the games in franchise get some good representation, and the older games get newer recordings of their songs.

...I wouldn't turn down some Nier DLC, Square, just sayin'.

FFXIV has one of the best soundtracks in the series in terms of just pure quality and quantity. Wish it was represented more :(

Loves Robotech S1
can't believe they completely snubbed x-2. it's got a few of the best tracks in the franchise

Thanos acquires the fully powered Infinity Gauntlet in The Avengers: Infinity War, but loses when all the superheroes team up together to stop him.
That's a whole lotta music tracks.

It'll be a tough choice between FF12 and FF14, but no Answer push me towards 12.
I am super looking forward to this. Gosh darnit.
Hurry up, time!

Are there any licensed music available or is this it? I'm happy with the track list, but it's weird to think this band of heroes would drive around only listening to instrumental Final Fantasy music.
