Square isn't done with the Pro patch apparently it won't be in day 1 for the full game yet as far as I remember what I read from here

It's not like we Gaijins want it anyway. We will continue to enjoy the Platinum Demo, a true showcase for what the game is.
If the opening is included and it's CGI, that's a big part of why it's so large. Cutscenes in general inflated the hell out of FFXIII. Out of nearly 40GB like 13 of it was Actual Video Game.

Well, do we really need to understand to just try out the gameplay stuff? As long as someone can add some steps on how to get to the download page (even this may not be required if it's featured), we'd be good.
