I realized that it's a bit of a trek to get down there myself when I saw it on the map. It sounds like a cool place all things considered so I wouldn't mind making the trek. Making damn sure I either wear boots or my Sketcher sneakers. I loaded the pics of past GAF meetups yore/my old photo album into my current microSD card.

I have last minute errands to do involving business with the dreaded USPS and shipping out stuff. Having to traverse puddles of slush only makes it worse. =/

They've been doing quite well navigating through the snow. Not a single drop of water has gotten into them.

With errands done, heading home now to eat, drink a few beers, and get ready. I'll shoot an ETA once I'm en route.

C'est la vie. WhatsApp would be then if that's the case because either way, it needs some kind of info. I wouldn't mind using WhatsApp.

I think it's safe to say that the peeps who are in, are in. There's no windchill but the air is cold/nippy and requires wearing gloves. Since there's snow and slush everywhere, I'm going to keep it light on the drinking and will drink water once I've got a nice buzz. FYI Budweiser is nasty but I'm only drinking it because I got it for free.

The fact that it's crowded and all is a given since people want to drink indoors tonight and it's also a *gasp* Saturday night. Weather conditions give people dumb excuses to drink.

I'm almost dressed. Going to take a few games in case anyone wants to play (granted we find a place with free tables) and other stuff in the bag. ETA will be 7:30ish.
