Anyone feel differently about their Switch Pre-Order weeks later?

Interesting. I'm guessing by your jubilation that the Wii U didn't have this? I played my Wii U on my iMac for it's entire lifespan and I didn't notice any issues. Hmm.
The Wii U didn't, either your iMac supports limited RGB input or you didn't notice the colours being washed out

Goddamn, it's so snappy, and the black theme, that opening animation, the freaking sound effects, EVERYTHING IS SO GOOD ;__;
Nintendo doing things right wow

The handheld screen runs at 480p then? I'm not fully up to date with Switch news tbh.
What are you both talking about? The 480p option means the switch CAN output to 480p, just like the Wii U could. That doesn't affect the 720p or 1080p options. Bruh.

And the Switch screen is 720p.

Also, Nintendo still No.1 for system sounds confirmed.

No, those were TV settings. Looks like when you aren't docked and connected to a TV, that menu only shows Automatic and 480p as the default options. I'm sure the HD options will be available once connected.

I like the "press home 3 times to wake up from sleep" thing. A nice solution for something you can't close like the 3DS to protect the buttons from being hit in a bag.

Not that there was much doubt, but a bunch of things in his video confirms that the dev documentation was completely real. Exciting times!

He should go to a wifi hotspot and connect to the eshop! Or any place he wouldn't seemingly be tracked, if that's the main concern. Could Nintendo identify the unit and trace it back to the retailer who leaked it though? That'd be the main worry I'd think.

So questions remains what country and which retailer messed up. Respect him for not giving much info. If I was him I'd sell off demo videos to media outlets then sell it off online or to a media outlet.

Disassemble it and take pics of the internal components! Please! Let's see the battery, etc. And especially if you can get to the board to see what the chip layout is.

They could ban his console, but it looks like the press are getting units today so he might slip through. Also, why so much concern for the retailer?

Better yet, see if Chipworks is willing to look at it.

Probably not, but you never know.
