I'd say the self-seriousness of Uncharted 4 was to its detriment overall.

At it's best (for me) was last year with U4. And that's no disrespect to the other games in the series. I just personally found the direction in the last game better.

It's kind of sad how developers will go super in depth when they talk about Greek, Roman, or Norse mythologies and just straight up strip the depth and nuance of Indian culture by generalizing it as temples, jungles, and weird deities. I hope ND can do justice to their recreation of India, but "weird gods" doesn't give me hope.

Wasn't First Light making entire use of existing assets? Lost Legacy has to be all new assets, stands out for that alone

That boss fight was completely stupid. It's crazy how everything that happened after that fight I don't remember until I played the collection. That shit piss me off so bad I completely blocked the whole game out of my memory. I'm not bsing either. U2 remaster was like playing the game for the first time. Everything was cool until the supernatural crap showed up.
