The image is too big, Gafs max avatar size is 100px width x 120px height.

You need to resize your image to 100px width x 107px height and it should keep its transparency when you upload to Gaf

Holy moly, I had no idea it was too big! I figured if I didn't get an error the size should be fine. Also would never have guessed that uploading an image that's too big would have an impact on the transparancy.

This had been bothering me for way too long, I can not believe it was as simple as the size. Thanks a lot!
