after googling, seems PriPara and Pretty Rhythm are arcade card games interestingly enough, PriPara being a subseries of Pretty Rhythm
...why are there so many Pretty Rhythm characters in Tatsunoko side, even the King of Prism is from there lol

I'm betting on a port to switch/x1/ps4/pc with a big comment (much like the darkstalkers rerelease) that if it does well, they'll consider making a new game. While that's already a pretty wild guess for a event. I can't imagine anything bigger than that happening.

The game needs a second life across all platforms. I'd especially love a Switch version to take around with me, its easily my favorite fighting game that generation.
Nabiru actually turns out to be a decent character in the Stories game, itself. Can't say anything about the anime (since I don't watch it), but I heard that adaptation isn't as flattering.

Going from my searches I do see it mentioned more in the west than i do in japan.
There hasn't even been any japanese fanart for awhile, while I still find it pretty consistently in the west.

I liked this game more than MvC3. Though I wish Capcom would work with BAMCO and release Shonen vs Capcom. I don't know why they haven't done this yet as they already made SFvT. BAMCO also holds the rights to all of the big Shonen IPs like Naruto & One Piece....at the very least why not just give is Dragonball vs Street Fighter. It would be the hottest selling fighter of all time.

I will say I think the idea of a fighter that is a large crossover of game companies like Project X Zone is far more appealing than just Tatsunoko or even Shonen vs Capcom

Like I said before, the very nature of TvC being so zany and Japanese made for a lot of interesting picks on both sides, to the point that I could never see such picks seeing the light of day in a more Western-focused product like MvC. To put it bluntly, someone like Hayato, Breath of Fire Ryu, SonSon, Saki and Soki have better chances of appearing over on this side than they do in a new Marvel game. Hell, Tatsunoko probably wouldn't care about a Demitri Midnight Bliss-ing their characters, while Marvel clearly does.
In an ideal world, the two brands would be unique enough that they could both endure.
There's no Frank West either? What is going on with this list?

I would like it so much if they decide to release Marvel Vs. Capcom Infinite this year if there is no delay, then Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom 2 in 2018.

Haha, don't you hate when that happens? I recently bought Dolphin Blue for the Atomiswave so as much as I'd love to see that game ported I know it never will so my hundreds of dollars investment will be safe.

i guess it's still worth saying that by "event" they don't mean, like, a press conference. there's no speakers or show or anything. there's almost certainly not any announcements.
it's a bunch of tatsunoko and capcom themed attractions being hosted for a week or two. it just demonstrates that capcom and tatsunoko are still interested in partnering up.
