I like how the plan took into account katakuri's haki by having brook dress up as luffy so that katakuri would see "luffy" break the picture.

Katakuri has sticky starch fruit. So we was shooting his logia powers before right?
Dude is OP is fuck... BUT, does having a food power allow sanji to use knives again? Could essentially act as a situational powerup.

We haven't seen her combat ability at all yet...I don't think it is possible to be taken down at this point. Her comment to Dogtooth made it seem like the power difference between her and him is pretty huge. And I don't expect Dogtooth to be taken down at this point either. We will see I suppose.

Also bear in mind that Kaido henchman, Jack, has been whipped twice since he was introduced, and it is still obvious he is super powerful. Cracker would have potentially been too much for Luffy if Nami wasn't there, and it seems like he was the weakest of the Sweet Commanders (aside from the one beaten by Uruge or whatever)

As soon as I saw this I started wondering if this was foreshadowing anything. I could see Caesar Gangster Gastino getting some character development soon, either becoming a good guy or trying to get revenge for his mistreatment somehow.
I also kind of want him to stay with the Straw Hats a bit longer. The interactions between him and the crew are always so good
Maybe he could even join the crew (officially or just by being forced to stay with them) together with Carrot. They're both more fun than Jinbe is.

Oh that Jimbei, how I love him and his epic speech this chapter. Jimbei isn't a water Pokemon so he doesn't produce water and they are on a roof top so it looks like tea and rain will be the best options to deal with the mochi once its actually released. Still we have one of the Sweet 3(2 now?) who specializes in Color of Observation, launches jelly beans like bullets, produces mochi as his Logia fruit power, and chooses to introduce said power with a kick! Before Mama goes Kong Ship Bananas and starts attacking indiscriminantly Sanji needs go up against this guy and hold his own! Oh and lets not forget that he's a pretty boy who keeps his face partially hidden! It's a match made in heaven people!

Morgans being there to announce to the world that former Warlord Jimbei is joining the Straw Hats will be awesome when we get reaction shots from around the world. I want so badly for just a quick page, just a couple of panels please, for a guard to walk towards some prison cell with Arlong, Chu, and Kurobi and hold up the headlining news reading "Former War Lord Jimbei joins Straw Hat Pirate Crew!" You know basically that scene that the anime team pulled with one of them East Blue villains.

With Morgans around this is also a good chance for Chopper to get a little more respect with his bounty and for Sanji to get a decent picture. Though even in this very chapter Chopper can't help but stuff his face with cake. Stuff your face with cake Chopper but do it while you are kicking butts and taking names! Or once Big Mom has calmed down from her eating illness, lets let everyone see Chopper diagnose her and figure out some kind of long term solution! Let Morgans report that!

This is probably the clearest example of the Devil Fruit product being used with arms Haki but we've had a few examples before. Duffy's black tipped strings, for Logia I'd argue if Kizaru wasn't using Haki with his light saber Rayleigh would have sliced right through it, and even with Hancock her ability was almost completely useless on Luffy but her pistol kiss certainly had an affect. Luffy didn't get turned to stone due to his naive immunity but he did feel the physical sting of the heart bullet. Undoubtedly because of Haki.
