Here we go, found an image of him -

Since it doesn't look like Dudley will be showing up anytime soon, I'm definitely interested in seeing Ed's gameplay.

I hope he's not a charge character but he probably will be.

If I had to guess where this leaked from... they said they were taking down the PC servers today for maintenance to prepare for the upcoming beta (where Ed will be playable) so there is probably some shit sitting on a CDN right about now.

Its on Streetfighter website, changed URL to ed. TBH happens a lot with sites where they may upload images in advance

I was really down on it being Ed because of what we've already seen of him, but damn, he actually looks cool there. Psycho power steroids puttin' in the work.

I really don't like the design :/ And I have no clue how the ed in the campaign can change into this design. Unless it's a stand or something. it's bizarre.

The strand of hair and hat are really bad. Blonde fighter V in full effect again otherwise ! Let's hope for some good alternate costume.

and the internet delivered hype faster than Capcom again, now I'm just hoping for a better alternate outfit.

It's been said that the psycho power in him is causing him to age rapidly. It was pointed out in the story modes.

What's the point of introducing characters in the story mode and use them for new characters later down the road if you redesign them entirely. Yes, you can make the 'he aged up' but even then. I feel like this might as well be an entirely different character here (the boxing gloves alone).

In the story mode Ed had something going on with his hand:
latest

which could have been a cool part of his moveset.

It still could be? The teaser picture has Balrog floating in the air. We literally know nothing about his moveset.

The teaser image Capcom posted on Twitter showed Balrog being levitated by some kind of Psycho Power.

Ed has psycho power.

It's pretty obvious that he's gonna use that in his moveset but what archetype he falls into still remains to be seen.

Hah, he looks nothing like he does in story mode. He might as well be a completely different character.

I don't know why anyone's complaining about blandness. SF, with the exception of 3rd Strike, has mostly been bland outside of particular power-sets. They're usually pretty innocuous looking stereotypes with some slight anime flair.

Psycho Power+Boxing. Interested to see where this goes.
Wonder if he'd play like Steve from SFxT?

Shit if that's the case , the way he ages , if you happen to go three rounds with someone by the time you reach his win screen he should look like Gen..

LMAO just looked at the picture. Just give me slim shady back. It's like they took Ken's Body and put a Nazi hat on him.

Character design in this franchise has finally reached full KOF status.

*Edit: Not a good thing, in my eyes*
Kof and Tekken have some of the best looking and most stylish/fashionable characters in FGs.

Stereotype fighter aping KOF is nothing but an upgrade
