You can set res outside of game! Go to C:\Users\[Yourname]\AppData\Local\QuantumBreak and open renderer.ini in notepad. You can change the resolution there to whatever you want.

It will work then

The Surge is an odd one,on some shots it can look pretty good but others it looks really dated.
I must of taken thirty or so shots but scrapped them all.

Do like the Prey shots with camera tools.

That's my take on it. Overall I'm disappointed with the visuals after Lords of the Fallen. That game was damn good looking. And even if they improved the engine, they went with a setting that's a lot more challenging to get right.

Graphically the game isn't too great but it does have its moments. The gameplay sure does make up for it though and it runs great at 4k.
