I need to buy a new cheap car to do grocery shopping in and to use when it's raining though. Was thinking maybe a 2002 CE lancer or something.

Here are my current cars. Still looking for a beater, possibly a gen1 crv or odyssey. Need something to fit my mopeds into. Prelude also needs some body work so it's been off the road for almost a year+ now. Not a huge biggie since i'll never sell it. The CRX though, I might be looking to get rid of it this summer to import something rhd.

Mainly used by the wife, as my main means of transportation is a bicycle.

And somewhere in the garage is this:

which will one day be turned into something like this:

Nice bike, still need to learn one day.

If you do, learning on a cb125/250/300 isn't a bad way to go. Forgiving, reliable etc.

But you need to ride with the knowledge that most other people will overlook you, cut you off etc. I would highly recommend a bike with ABS too, it's helped me on at least 2 occasions. Be safe!

That would be a good one to learn on too
More affordable than you think.

Yeah, I scored this with 1500kms on it for like $3500 AUD cash with a full year of registration and the yoshi pipe installed. Decent helmet, gloves, jacket, Kevlar jeans and boots ran me like $650 (good deal) from someone I know who owns a biking kit shop, but I'd rather they take the brunt of a slide than me 😅 Buy a good helmet people!

I can't *believe* these lazy developers keep making file sizes so damn large. Btw, how does technology work?
2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat

... then I have a 2011 Ford Fusion for bad weather driving, grocery getting, and airport parking.

My wife drives a 2011 Jeep Liberty Limited.

By now I was supposed to start working on this car, but im going to sell it to buy a house instead. After the house the plan is to obtain a Mustang. That's unless my pullout game goes sideways... Nice car, OP!

Good to know, thanks for the input.

There was an elective at a community school near me a while back that would have given me college credit for an elective that would have taught me. Still kicking myself for not doing it. They would have provided the bike and everything.

It's a work in progress, I'm not rich. I just finished rebuilding my car after an accident last year and am finally starting to sink money into it so be gentle lol. I'm on mobile but I'll find some pics...

I finally had the time to Install an N1 exhaust last week 🙌 and hopefully my rocket bunny wing is here by this weekend. I love working on cars.

Yep, I've got the same model and color. Just picked mine up last week.

Love it.

My man.

Protip - if you're using it with an iPhone start the engine and buckle your seatbelt and wait a second before connection to USB. Carplay can sometimes get ahead of mmi and your phone audio will keep coming through the phone. To fix you simply disconnect and reconnect but it is annoying of you forget. I also recommend a spiral coil cable to eliminate clutter and make sure dealer mode is deactivated before leaving the dealer. Entering your user credentials is not enough. You need them to turn it off.

Literally just came back from the dealership and ordered a custom Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara edition. Next three weeks are going to be brutal. So excite. Purchased, not leased.

I have a 2013 Honda Accord. It's not worth taking pictures of but it's by far the nicest car I've ever had.

The F30 was my daily driver for 3 yrs. Now I alternate between both vehicles fairly evenly. I'm hoping the BMW holds up mechanically as I still love that car dearly and wish to keep it around for as long as it will last without being a money pit.

I also have a reservation for a Tesla Model 3, but I'm not sure I'll follow through with it. A lot of it will depend on what the reliability of the F30 ends up being. It's been problem free so far but my warranty is set to expire in August.

Nice and nice. I want a VU because I just slightly prefer the lines of it over VY/VZ but starting to consider that it will be a complete waste of money now that I have a house.
