I want on the hype train. This years E3 is great because the day after the show I'm turning 30. Lol yeah totally trying to get attention....
Haha. I'll be turning 30, 8 days after Scorpio release date.
Cheers!

Hype trains were banned IIRC.
Why?
Hype Trains are really stupid IMO.
"Hey, let's make a bunch of post asking someone to shop our avatars on a photo of a train to show how excited we are for a conference"
The thread's activity is more than enough to gauge hype levels
Another guy is claiming they aren't. I just recall seeing that somewhere, but maybe that's not the case. I definitely haven't seen one in a while though.

That's not a hypothetical example.
I totally forgot all about another cool mechanic I really liked about crackdown. The way you could target vehicle tires. It had all sorts of really good ideas, but I hope they do more with it all.

What, why?
Something like a Capcom game where the publisher had demonstrated history of letting parts of their company work with first party or let some franchises be exclusive, maybe.
Why would a Todd Howard game not get the full funding it needs from Zenimax to happen, given the proven successes of Fallout and Elder Scrolls?
My favorite past time was climbing up a really tall building far away and sniping enemies on the ground.Nothing like standing on a freeway during some downtime and just popping civvies' front tires. Watching them flip off the edge...
Man, we need some new Crackdown.
That's a lot. How's the PS4 Pro pool shared? 5-6GB for games?

Gotta be for Sea of Thieves. Right?

8 GDDR5 for games, 1 shitty one for the OS

This isn't right. Standard PS4's offers a 5/3GB split games to OS. The Pro's additional 1GB enables them to liberate some of that, supposedly enabling 6GBs for games.

I thought Pro had 5.5 for games and 3.5 for OS?
. So it sounds like of that additional GB they can allocate only 500MB to games, and the additional 500GB goes to OS (for 4k Dashboard, improved recording, stability, etc.)"We use 512MB of that freed up space for games, which is to say that games can use 5.5GB instead of the five" - Cerny

one of his rhymes says something about making their debut soon. It can't be sea of thieves unless he's trolling us.As I mentioned much earlier in the thread, I had thought that it pertaining to Banjo. That "their role" part makes it sound like something else though. That the rhymes themselves have their own agenda. So yeah, maybe Sea of Thieves? Sunday can't get here soon enough to know for sure!

Alright, this is as far as I have gotten. It's late and I had to figure a few things out. Things should go faster tomorrow. I will go back and get anyone that I missed at some point after I get up and exercise. But anyone can feel free to step in as conductor if they think they could do a good job! I am by no means good at photoshop at all lol.

I think Banjo has more of a pull than most believe, at least in my generation (around 30 years). I've talked to numerous people who don't play much anymore, but who recognise Banjo as one of the best games ever made (and actually use it as a point why Nintendo is worthless now, for not making new Banjos...), there certainly is some potential that extends beyond big Rare fans.I re-thought what I said and I don't think Banjo has much pull outside of hardcore Rare fans at all, and those fans are scarce nowadays. So even if a Banjo announcement did alienate those players from Sea of Thieves, it would have minimal, if any impact on Sea of Thieves in the grand scale of things.
I do agree that Sea of Thieves is a weak ass project, for now at least. It's been two years and they have still not convinced nearly enough people that the game has any substance whatsoever. There is no buzz around it. GAF threads with whatever dripfed news Rare releases barely make out of the first page and it stays completely obscure on social media. Nobody cares about this game yet. They need something that really turns heads at the conference this time. Making people laugh at a showfloor demo is not enough.
Make it so.Predictable Neogaf thread titles that will appear on the night of June 11th.
*So Scorpio is powerful, but where are the games?
*Is anyone else disappointed that Scalebound wasn't uncancelled?
*Which of the big three are you pre-ordering today? Banjo-Kazooie 3, Fable 4, or the new Halo Mass-Effect-style RPG?
*Any chance Banzo Kazooie 3 will be ported to the Nintendo Switch?
*Do you think the lack of 16bit rapid-packed math will dramatically hurt Scorpio's perceived power advantage?
Well just answer this: How likely is it that I will be furious over an "abysmal show" rather than "MS' best show ever" (these are the only options, I can rule out a middle ground already )?You know I can't say anything. I'll get people in trouble. lol

You only have to look at well Yooka Laylee did on Kickstarter to see that there is a market out there for another Banjo game.
The big question is;
What car will be onstage for Forza ?
