Honestly, if this is true then I blame HC for appointing Trump as president. She should have just let the presidency play out and maybe, someone other than Trump (Sanders) may just have been president. But nooooooooo

The goal is to try to sow dissent among the Democrats, but the problem is that Bernie's credibility will tank now that he too is under investigation for fraud.

Playing you like a fiddle, I see.

No wonder Trump won.

People are too damn gullible.

Finally a 45th tweet that actually makes sense.

He's not lying here. Broken clock and all that not withstanding... but he's right.

Folks really having a tough time coming to terms with this.

Lol, sorry your bandwagoning on the phony Sanders didn't work, so clearly there had to be nefarious means going on.

Now you sound as batshit insane as PizzaGate and all the other ridiculous crap Republicans have been spewing about Obama for years.

I'm not a political expert, but wouldn't it make sense that a democratic presidential candidate would be in contact with the DNC? Or is he saying that the DNC worked with Clinton to undermine Bernie's campaign?

Either way this is nothing compared to Trump's collusion with Russia. Sorry Trump, you can't distract people.

FTFY. This tactic, however transparent, will absolutely distract Trumpets and some lingering Bernie Bros.

Let's hope the story tomorrow is substantial enough to dominate the conversation.

All ya'll arguing about whether the DNC did anything wrong last year are falling right into Trump's trap. He is successfully deflecting and distracting from what he himself is doing right now when you start arguing amongst yourselves based on a tweet from him.

First tragedy, then farce.
I love that the Republicans have managed to turn the investigation into Russian interference into an investigation about Hillary's emails again..... shocked. well. not that shocked.

"Just cast my 3rd party vote. I'm totally confident Clinton will win."

"I also recognize that voting 3rd party takes away from Hillary. Won't make me vote for her though. I'm not voting for a candidate I dislike."

"I put a lot of weight on candidate's foreign policy as well and I think Hillary will be worse than Trump..."

"I don't make a distinction between Bush and Obama or a Trump and Hillary. In fact, I think Obama is actually WORSE than Bush. But at least with Bush, things were more overt. It's like the differences between dejure Jim Crow and defacto Jim Crow (redlining, steering, etc). Nothing really changed, but the most dangerous part of the latter is that, to some, it represented "progress" since the discrimination wasn't so overt."

"It only takes one accident. Just one. Where US downs a Russian plane or Russia downs a US plane and it could escalate. I don't think this scenario would play out now. But once Hillary gets in, I expect the chance of things getting out of control much higher."

"Basically, whether Hillary or Trump, we'll still have the same fascist elements in place and there will be the same amount of human suffering as there is now. The only difference is more people would see and be aware of it with Trump. It would be behind the scenes with Hillary (like it is with Obama)"

"She'd be Bush 3.0 though... 2.0 was Obama."

"I'm not voting in national elections anymore. I've totally given up on this (for a variety of reasons). I don't feel the need to participate any longer."

"I'm not necessarily opposed to Trump being elected..."

The fact that so many people believed the first reply to this post was genuine is almost more concerning than the fact that so many people voted for the president.

Probably the greatest accomplishment of the right wing smear campaign is getting Bernie Bros to believe this bullshit that the system was rigged.

I liked Bernie, I wanted him to win, but the idea that it was rigged is just stupid.

DNC did not make Bernie focus on college towns
DNC did not make Bernie fail to understand how the primaries work in various states

And the GOP has been spectacularly effective in pushing the bullshit rigged narrative to democrats.

edit:
And hell yes I voted for Clinton when the General Election came round.
You denigrate Bernie Sanders supporters, yet admit you are one? What makes one a so-called "Bernie Bro"?

For example, I did all that was in the bolded, yet I still believe there was an effort by the DNC to get Hillary in as the frontrunner. Not really a crazy idea. I don't think it was right and I don't think it should happen again, but I understand how a quid pro quo system works and it wasn't illegal. At the end of the day, its about whats best for the country and Hillary still would have been better than Trump.

What I'm trying to say is: there isn't this huge divide between believing the DNC had a preferred candidate they put their time, money and effort behind and still voting for the right choice for America. There is a certain hypocrisy to saying Trump supporters don't recognize the bullshit their candidate/President rolls around in when we can't see the faults in our own party.

I never would of guessed The ultimate shitposter of the internet in 2017 would be the president of the United States. What a time to be alive, (dead on the inside depending on the person).

My man came with ALL the receipts...

I think Crazy Bernie is a Rush Limbaugh-ism. Probably where he got it from. Also the Democratic Party is running the primary to pick it's candidate, why wouldn't it try to influence it? It's their own damn process. People shouldn't presume to have so much control over such a process but the parties themselves have encouraged that illusion. I think the primary system has been a colossal mistake and haven't succeeded in finding good candidates.

He's fueling the Democratic divide and why wouldn't he since it increases his chances of re-election.

As long as there are two factions of the Democratic party who just can't seem to agree on how to go forward we will never get anywhere.

Let's fucking get over the goddamn primary for god sakes.
