Did you try contacting the seller? I'm waiting on a response. I'll give them 24 hours and then try another contact attempt before I start bugging PayPal.

They'll resend your email or if the code failed to generate on their side they'll immediately refund you.

Last time I purchased near the end and they ran out of codes. Got my $90 refunded immediately.

As far as I know, you can only redeem eShop money on the hardware itself. You can then use it online on the website. Game codes can be redeemed on the site though.
