It's temporal AA. It's UE4's AA solution, and it causes what appears to be dithering in motion(and sometimes even ghosting). It's generally unobtrusive since it's only a problem in motion and when the action stops everything usually looks very smooth.

It's bad for screenshotting though.

Fucking for real girl! They look so bad compared to the actual toys and they all have that same design. It's like they went lazy with that shit. In KHI when they went to Halloween Town for example each of them had their own monster design.
