I don't like FUTURE and HNDRXX as much as I like Rent Money, Mask Off, and Sorry.

I really like HNDRXX. Feels like a complete landscape.
But also kinda this.

This is my aesthetic.

Also rappers' fascination with the Testarossa is one of the best they have.

Travis Scott's come-up is so real. There's a really good chance that by the time Astroworld drops, he'll be touring arenas. He's already considered a headliner for mainly hip-hop festivals. He's pretty much a pop star at the moment. On another Travis note, he has to have the second biggest library of unreleased material, lesser only to Young Thug.

EDIT: Should clarify, I'm talking about publically previewed unreleased material.

Travis says album mode, wonder which one tho.
All of God Complex most of his latest, you can skip the other album mostly. It's not that much to digest honestly, shouldn't need a sampler for a menu with like two items on it...
I'm already juggling a few albums so I wanted to dip my toes in a couple tracks - seeing as how the mixtape's half an hour long though I'll give that a go this weekend.

Surely Gucci Mane and Kanye are in that discussion too.

Not even close, Gucci mane has multiple hard drives full. Not really a come up more like a long tedious hard fought war.

When Kanye and Gucci exist? Hell Pharrell probably too

And if we go away from hip-hop, Prince? Man still has so much unreleased shit

Should add an addendum to that, previewed unreleased material. I'm sure Gucci and Ye have songs in their vaults, but we don't know much about them if anything.

For Kanye, officially unreleased songs are: Can U Be, Bitch Please, God Level, Mama's Boyfriend, Living So Italian, Black Bruce Wayne, and a couple more.

For Travis, there's so much material he or other people have previewed it's getting kinda ridiculous now. The Travis Scott section on KTT covers most of it, but I count at least 20-25 tracks that exist in some form but haven't been released.

Young Thug is the worst offender because most of the songs he previews seem complete but unreleased.

It's only been about 4 years since Travis exploded onto the scene with Owl Pharaoh and his work with G.O.O.D., but since then he's gone from random Houston rapper to full-blown megastar fucking pop stars and trying to build his own domain. If you contrast his come-up to Kendrick's, Travis basically became a megastar because he can write a catchy hook while Kendrick became a megastar from critical acclaim that translated into public awareness.

Travis should have been bigger quicker if the ghost writing allegations and ghost producing rumors are true, talent wise. Kendrick's rise is more impressive because went from a mixtape rapper to a guy getting compared to the GOATs after like two retail albums. Travis being signed to Good and working with fairly big artists right out of the gate makes his come up much less of a come up. Kendrick basically is TDE in terms of his nearly single handed effect on its growth.

Act like Kendrick isn't signed to aftermath who is basically the same team from ruthless > death row > aftermath > apple music

Man, I have been waiting for Living so Italian for what 6 years now? Bummed it hasn't leaked after all this time. I guess they couldn't clear a sample or something?

I can lift you up, I can lift you up
Girl just know I got you, got you baby
Lets just change it up, give in to this love
We can make it on to something better

Dreams can come true
Look at me babe, I’m with you

Sample couldn't get cleared, Jay reused the raps in MCHG. WTT probably has had the most security around it, them shits ain't leaking. Remember if they wanted to send songs to each other they'd put a guy on a plane with a locked suitcase that had a laptop/USB in it to get it from Ye to Jay or vice versa.

Yeah, I reckon Dre has warehouse as big as the one at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark of beats and rough demos.

Sorry for DP.
And many of those songs have been previewed via social media or to select artists too.
