https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_bdRDjElSI

Seemingly Switch only for now

Inspired by Metal Gear Solid

Out this holiday

From the creator of Dust: An Elysian Tail, a brand new vision of sneakin' arrives on the Nintendo Switch, Holiday 2017!

Can you believe it? That madman, Amadeus Guildenstern, just traveled through time and kidnapped all the U.S. Presidents!

Infiltrate the enemy base, avoid their patrols, and hack their systems to gain valuable intel. Build your Sneakin' HQ, and figure out how to stop Guildenstern's time-traveling scheme!

Developed by Dean Dodrill
Written by Alex Kain
Music by HyperDuck SoundWorks

NSS Theme performed by Elsie Lovelock

Featuring the voice talents of:
Arin Hanson
Marianne Miller
Jason Marnocha

The fake Donna Burke song
The MGS1 textures and black shadows for eyes
Vice President Helicopter

this is incredible

Didn't expect this in the slightest but it looks fantastic.

Like, i understand what they are doing with the graphics, but it still looks ugly, even to it's intentional psx era mgs graphics mockery.

Also...im kinda dissapointed about the lack of, uh, animal people.

Whilst it's fun to see a game very deliberately copy the style of graphics the original Metal Gear Solid had, I'm sorta disappointed by it as well, Dust is an absolutely gorgeous game and I would like to have seen what could be done by the art team in an upgraded style now we are 5 years on.

Hope the Switch only thing is for a limited time only thing and this comes to other platforms. I wondering if this is a roguelite as well? With each level being randomly generated and you having to overcome different traps each time.

Big letdown to not have it involve animals or anthropomorphics at all, especially given the MGS inspiration. (Snake? Raven? Fox?). I prefer 2D as well and liked Dust's art.

But the trailer is so good I have cautious hype for this. Props to Noogy for not doing the same thing again.

Alright, so I've been teasing a few random assets. I had several goals I wanted to accomplish with my sophomore effort as a game developer.
I wanted to try something in a completely different aesthetic, and go fully-polygonal in the process.
I wanted to create something procedural and infinitely re-playable, and design engaging combat with the simplest controls possible.
I think I've accomplished these things, and it's been a thrill to create something completely different from Dust:AET.

Will it be on steam also?

Right now just focusing on Switch, but I am of course a huge fan of Steam.

Wow, this looks like an amazing tribute/parody!

Really glad that the horrible furry artstyle that turned me off Dust is gone too. I'm sorry, the game was good, but I just couldn't stand it.
edit just in case: nothing against furries, but the artstyle and writing was on the bad side of this group.

First of all, no furries so you already have my attention but DAAAAAYUM:

- The MGS atmosphere and music by Hyperduck.
- The cheesy storyline and characters you can only find in the Playstation/Dreamcast era.
- The voice acting displaying that cheesiness.

I don't care if this becomes a Switch exclusive...I need this. I need this now, Noogy.

Hmm, I really like Noggy as a poster and loved Dust. I wish him well. The humor on this is missing the mark for me and the visuals as well. I was just looking up to see if there was anything announced from him a few months ago. Hope its good.

I never expected this to be his follow-up game after Dust, but man it looks awesome. I've been wondering when we would start seeing some PSX style indie games. The fact that it's inspired/parodying MGS is even better.

And of course it being on Switch is just perfect.

Man, I am really not sure about this. I agree with those saying the art style is disappointing but the humor was mostly a miss or me as well and the gameplay didn't seem that amazing either but I'll wait for more info before making a final decision. I hate to say this but, for now this is a bit disappointing.

Dust is an incredible game but this looks terrible. Then again I hate MGS so that could be it. Writing will surely be clever with the writing chops he showed in Dust though.

This isn't really my kind of game, but I wish Noogy the best and hope it sells well. Even so, that's a funny trailer for the game.

That whole furry excuse is weak. I bet you've played a game with talking animals.

As a fan of the PSX, the art style does a lot for me. Probably going to be getting this day one. Switch continues to kill it.

I really wanted to like Dust but just couldn't get past the art, so I'm glad they went in a different direction with his game.
