If only we had a good anime :p

One Piece Kai in like 20 years will be ace though.

One Piece Kai would be so good for rewatch/first watch purposes.

>Sanji uses Blaze Kick
>Was critical hit.

This reminds me, why didn't Sanji also ape Tempest Kick/Rankyaku from CP9 while stealing/improvising his own version of their air dash? I was thinking about this kinda offhandedly thinking abotu how Luffy and Zoro both have super strong AoE at range but Sanji hasn't displayed anything of the sort.

I want a fight where Luffy and the enemy are both bouncing because he used his awakened powers on the ground. Just like OoT Bongo Bongo.
I doubt that's what Luffy's awakening would do. I think Mingo's did that because he's already the type of paramecia that creates an infinite amount of shit.

I have a few mouse pads like that, but I don't want people to think I'm weird so instead of using them as mouse pads I just hang them on the wall around the head of my bed.

The translation I read said that the afro gave Luffy the power (or strength?) of Africa.

This is why we don't read old scanlations. lol
Yep lol. Afro Luffy is actually a reference to the Japanese boxer Yoko Gushiken, who famously had an afro. Hence the "Does the champion make the afro, or does the afro make the champion" because it's a reference to an actual boxing champion. Of course the old scanlator either didn't understand the reference or didn't care, and substituted it for good old racism instead.

The English dub is great though because it makes the whole thing a reference to Macho Man Randy Savage.
