Wow. Fuck off Walmart. Canceled my switch preorder back in January, canceled my July SNES Classic preorder, and now my 8/22 preorder. (Despite 8/25 preorders being delivered...)

What's really crazy is that they didn't just cancel the 8/22 preorder, they nuked any existence of the order from my account. So if I called to complain I'd probably get, what 8/22 preorder? Seriously, WTF.

Mine 8/22 order got cancelled too. But my 8/25 order was shipped and delivered. My 7/21 pre-order had been cancelled too, so the moral of the story, never trust Walmart on their pre-orders.

Wow. Glad I have screen shots of my order. I still have mine, I'm guessing because my credit card hasn't started declining the constant pending charges (6 now).

Lol, Walmart 8/22 order cancelled. Glad I bought the SNES classic from multiple sites as I want to keep one for myself and give others as Christmas gifts to family. Originally, that Walmart order was going to be the one I kept for myself.... Just means 1 less person is getting a SNES Classic as a gift now ;p.

Yeah, the writing has been on the wall for a while. The minute the 8/25 orders shipped, I knew those 8/22 orders were either lost or never meant to happen.

The window for ordering on the 22nd was SUPER SHORT, like sub-30 seconds, if that, but the one on 8/25 was way longer.

I got my orders from Amazon. No bubble mailer for me. They combined both my orders of 1 into a single box.

Both versions that arrived are the American versions with included AC adapter and poster.

got my SNES classic shipped from amazon finally.

the wait sort of killed my hype since i just got a new game i was waiting for this week. i guess the classic will stay boxed for a while.

Hm, I got one of my Amazon preorders in a bubble mailer last week. Haven't even opened it but it better not be one of those import consoles

Holy shit!!! I literally walked into a Target just now and they had three in stock. I finally got one!

Talked to the guy who got it out of the case for me, and he said they just got a shipment of 9 SNES Classics in an hour ago. I got the 3rd to last one. My wife and I went off to grocery shop in the same Target for a bit, I came back to try Mario Odyssey, and they were all gone.

Super glad, because it seemed like everywhere I landed a preorder before this, it would just end up canceled.

I was shown by an employee that the local Target would receive more on Friday the 20th. This was last Friday at 4 fucking PM FFS.

Also, holy shit at the Walmart BS. This thread just keeps going on and on. :(

Not seen any in stores, even on release day.

UK has only seen a few online 20 minute trickles at Toysrus and Game in the last couple of weeks. Looks like the next big shipment is still to arrive.

Target seems to be getting restocks more than other retailers, maybe? I don't live anywhere near one, but my cousin works at one in a different state. He notified me of the launch allocation but he wasn't able to grab any for himself. They got another restock on Monday and was able to get me and my brother one each. Meanwhile my Amazon order says shipping on the 20th with delivery on the 24th.

Yeah, I walked into my Target last Friday on the way home from work and easily bought one. No line or anything there. I think they may be getting another shipment for this Friday as well.

I'm almost glad I didn't get a preorder, with all the trouble they are causing. I hope I can get a NES Classic that easy next year when they are re-released.

On the same boat, but from amazon france. Was supposed to be delivered oct. 13th to San Juan, no luck. My in-laws also sent some supplies and batteries from Florida, havent got that package either.

How were the postcards supposed to be packaged btw? they're not inside the SFC classic box are they?

Too bad! I told them to enjoy their time while checking some stores that happens to be on their way.
Alas, I guess I'll just wait like everyone else

So for some reason Amazon is using OnTrac to deliver my SNES. Supposed to arrive today but I've had bad experiences with them in the past. Checked the tracking info and barely moved from NV. It went to a facility but no city or state is mentioned and when I checked using their official site, it mentions Stockholm.

This is supposed to be in Utah today. I don't think it's happening.

EDIT: What the heck it's out for delivery in California???

Saw the Wario64 tweet about Japan's SNES Classic being available in Amazon jp. Thought I would try my luck but then I saw the translation said something about being only available to previous customers.

Not holding my breath. But I do would like to complete the set.

Yup. I'm not gonna give up even though I went out and bought one on launch day. It's the principal! It blows me away this massive billion dollar company has such a shitty ecommerce platform. I've filled out like 6 surveys with bad marks, I'm doing everything I can to tank their Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter scores.

Yes. They keep sending me "Your payment method has issues" emails and threatening to cancel in 24 hours, but I go to the account and it says everything is fine. Still hanging on.

The good news is my Amazon order was going to come Oct 25th but it shipped early.

The bad news - “We've incorrectly sorted this package which may cause a delay.”

I received my Amazon order on Monday 10/16 when the site told me it wouldn't arrive until the 18th.

Glad they didn't restock a 2nd round of treasure trucks...

My order came in a bubble mailer as well like many of you guys mentioned. Only got to look at it for a few seconds but I don't see any damage or crushed sides anywhere.

I also don't see the sticker that shows it was from a third party company. Hopefully that means I'm in the clear!

Did anyone order one from Amazon.FR? It said mine was expected to be delivered by the 14th this month but it's not here yet. I'm hoping it got delivered in an actual box, or I'm sure it got stolen if it didn't.

It came in a tight box (no bubble wrap)... It came with the AC adapter... :)... Can't wait to put some hours later on FF6... :)
