They didn't make up a villain, he's just sorta new and not popular. Mister Negative first showed up in The Amazing Spider-Man #546 back in 2008.

Honestly, the deciding factor on if I'll buy a PS4 for this game is if Miles Morales is playable as Spider-Man, which he better be otherwise why put him in the game at all?

Give us playable video game Miles damnit

Hes been pretty big character in the comics since he was introduced. And hes obviously not gonna be only villain to appear.

I guess some do but I've never enjoyed playing as Peter Parker in any video game that I can remember. I play Spider-Man games to play as Spider-Man; wall crawl and thwip and swing through the air with the greatest of ease

It would be wild if there was a Persona 5 like element to the Peter Parker stuff. Like you have to balance his life, tasks, errands, etc with being Spider-Man.

We're probably going through all the usual villains in the story. Maybe the Sinister Six.

I watched the new The Last of Us 2 trailer before this and felt the same, but watching it again it doesn't look bad. Peter Parker's eyes in a few instances just look odd to me; too large, seen too much.
