The one I saw was Sessions, Biden, and a young kid with some problems with her hair. It was totally misinterpreted.

It's well constructed, has a general flow, and makes the points it intends to make. Hence, considering that it is counterfactual to any reasonable interpretation of Biden's actions in that video, I must assume malice.
