Thought it might be more interesting to get a glimpse into what people did this year. I'll go first as I'm starting.

Rules
1. Must be your own pictures (obviously);
2. Must be from 2017;
3. Can be of anything significant (event, purchase, travel, BMI etc.);

Booked onto one of those experience days, where I got to take this bad boy (Lamborghini Huracan) round the track a few times. Great fun. Outstanding engine noise.

This is from a break with a couple of mates when we went to Montpellier earlier in the year. Who said man made beaches can't look nice? Good times with good people.

Lastly, we all have to deal with some sort of crap. So this year has been a pretty poor one being in an out of hospital. Right now I'm there once a week it seems. Autistic brother has started having seizures of a night. As there is no diagnosis, there is no medication which means a trip down to A&E each time. They happen around 3am as well :/

Ride for prostate cancer, St. John's, NL, Canada. My first time partaking in a group ride, albeit riding "bitch" on a Kawasaki Concours 1400:

Serving aboard an offshore supply vessel close to White Rose oil field during my work term, I witnessed quite a few incredible things. This is cargo (crude oil) being transferred from an FPSO named Terra Nova (the one with the boom) to a shuttle tanker. The speeds of these transfers are mind bending. Also, that's the newly built Hebron platform in the distance to the left:

The vessel I was on also provide logistical support to a drilling rig that was brought into position close to the aforementioned Terra Nova. The first day, after our work was done and we were leaving the vicinity of the rig, a spooky and surreal low fog surrounded the rig. So, I had to snap it:

A vintage car. Don't know the exact model, but google tells me it could be from the 1920s.

Batman in Brampton.
Apologies for the bad quality, this one I took with my cellphone instead of my DSLR.
