I haven't seen any evidence of him doing anything wrong, unless your definition of wrong is being un-PC. In which case, plzfuckofflol.
And video games could use more Phil Fish types and less PR golden boy black holes of personality that lack any kind of boldness in everything they say and everything they make.
Honestly I find his first concept very interesting since I also believe we are going there in terms of social media Journalism etc. So I never did understand the controversy of exploring fictional topics (Hello Battlefeld 5)
Game looks great and kind of sad that we wont get new footage at E3. But he is really working hard on this game as far as I know so I can not wait till they show more.

It was one of the most interesting-looking things to come out of e3 last year. Hopefully its absence has nothing to do with politics, though it likely does.
Yeah , I could totally see that being the reason for the absence. I do wonder when the game is coming out.
Also can not wait or the outrage certain people will produce. Just look at all the Detroit Stuff. It has become ridiculous at this point. They have a real grudge with David Cage so they find thinks they do not like in Detroit. Here it will be the same. And Abby will probably suggest not letting GB cover it as well. But I am also done with GB so I will look forward to streamers being excited about video games XD

ITs journalists badmouting the game with ridiculous opinions and reviews because they seem to have a grudge with him as a Person as well. They compare it all with the race problems in the US and how it trivializes these issues etc. Its a bunch of bullshit and the reason why it got a pretty weak metascore.
Luckily people did not listen and its their biggest and best selling game today.

I agree with this. The current journalists wold just harrass him and the team so I think it is also smarter to present the game next time at a fan event like PAX.
Game journalists harass people at E3? They're usually just waiting in lines all day or getting photos with booth babes.
Current games "journalists" would rather go to a booth babe and tell them how sexualization is the ruin of all mankind and that they need to seek another job but before that they also should claim in an article they will write how gamer have sexual harassed them during their time as booth babe. Also games journalists these days do not care about games anymore but rather which poitical message they support.
But luckily they do not have to be the people i need to watch out for during E3 but rather gamer and streamer who actually love games^^

To be fair, the guy was just lashing out at the old now long gone GAF of SJW yore and of which you were the figurehead of. He got harassment because he supported GG so the guy had a chip on his shoulder. Hell, I think a lot of people who post here now did exactly the same when all of the old blood moved away and NG was announced as a sinking ship. Chances are, if he knew how the place was now he'd regret what he said and like it here along with the new community.

It simply looks stunning, has a release window been mentioned at all? I just watched the making of the 2017 e3 trailer video the Devs made and it got me all excited for the game all over again. They have the visual style down, as long as the story and soundtrack are on point it could make for an incredible time.

On-topic: new footage is visually stunning and looks like it has a lot of potential.
I haven't been in a few years, but the show floor is full of professional attractive people hired to demo games for people and professional attractive cosplayers hired to stand around in revealing outfits and so forth. "Booth babes" don't exist in the strict traditional sense, but it's all still there, just with a layer of pretense on top.
Note: not all attractive people who demo games on the E3 show floor are talent agency temps who have no idea what they're doing. Anyone could be from the industry who happens to take care of themselves or be attractive. Don't make assumptions about individuals etc.

I'm not really sure that's it's a game play trailer, it's just longer pieces of the of trailer from last e3 with no real actual 'play' . Don't get me wrong it looks fantastic but my biggest worry will be actually how the game plays. It could be an art house project at this point. I hope I'm wrong, I envision it to work something like a cross between the scumm games and another world from the Amiga days.
