Never saw KOS-MOS costume for Judith. I'm curious about framerate outside of battles. Locked 30fps would be fucking rubbish. No excuse if less than 60fps.

This is the first Tales game I played and I really enjoyed it.. I played several of the following ones hoping I would enjoy it as much but never have.

So is this the best Tales game ever?

Best modern one yes. I have played most of the 3D ones and this one is head and shoulders above the other ones.

Graces F has a better battle system but everything else about it is vastly inferior to Vesperia.

Ah the spoiled young gamers, can't live with anything less than perfect...
And they have to be hard asses with their standards: to them standards define them more than their own preferences and thoughts.
Interesting choice of words, you two. How you recognize those "spoiled young gamers", may I ask?
If you are satisfied when developers making shit ports like Symphonia, it doesn't mean others are young gamers with hard asses.
I platinum'ed Vesperia on PS3 long time ago, and there is absolutely no reason for game to run lower than 1080p60 on current consoles.
And it would be epic fail if PC ver has unlocked framerate while console versions are not. Reminds me of FF12 Zodiac Age. Locked 30fps on PS4, even Pro. 60fps on PC.

I hope for next Tales game they would use same art direction as Vesperia or even better they would use Ni no Kuni 2 engine for it.

Berseria is pretty amazing. So I wouldn't say it is the last great one. Velvet is a hard ass evil bitch.

Forgot about berseria I haven't played that one. I haven't loved a tales game since abyss. I didn't hate xillia but man was not a fan of graces and zestiria. Might give berseria a shot but more than likely I will enjoy vesperia more

Well Tales of Vesperia wasn't bad at all, but what really bugs me is, that for this game you need a hint-book or you will miss things you can't change later in the game. And a second playthrough just to miss something again … :(
There should always be a way in a game to get e.g. ultimate weapons, characters, … later, even if it is harder to get them. But I really don't want to play hours again just because I overwrote a savegame or just didn't know that I missed something until I played a few hours and looked up how to get to that Island, ...
