To commemorate the initial reveal of The Last Of Us Part II, Naughty Dog has published a video filled with reactions to the original trailer. More than 30 clips from reactions play over the reveal at PSX 2016. You can watch the reaction down below.

The anniversary video goes through the entire reveal at PSX 2016 with the reactions playing alongside it. Fans cry, cheer, clap, and scream their way through the near five-minute reveal trailer showing off Ellie singing and threatening to kill a whole bunch of people. At PSX 2016 during a panel, Neil Druckmann said that the sequel would be a story about vengeance.

Reactions from over 30 videos are pulled together in this compilation. It’s either an effect that’ll pull you into the hype of that moment or make you chuckle at how hyped Naughty Dog fans can get. Little did those fans know that the game would still be quite a ways off 2-years later.

Saw this earlier on YouTube and N4G, thought I'd post it since it's a high profile game.
Some of the reactions are pretty much spot on for me in that moment others are emotionless haha...enjoy.

It was good, but not as exciting as FF7 remake or Shenmue 3 because we didn't even know they were being made, or KH3 because it took freaking forever for them to stop making those spinoff KH games.

We were confident that TLOU2 was going to be coming at some point.

I don´t have any problem with women having lead roles in games. Which gender I play as has no bearing if I will enjoy the game or not. It´s the content within that matters, and the content in TLoU2 seems to be focusing heavily on nasty and gory violence, which I´m not to keen on taking part of. Hopefully it´s leveled out by good storytelling, character development and atmosphere. But I won´t lie when I say that it bothers me that Naughty Dog revels so much in violence, it´s almost as if they´re getting off by it.

The content is no different from past video games, it's just graphical fidelity. Manhunt is 14 years old. Soldier of Fortune is 18 years old. I don't see how you can be disgusted at developers for their games having good graphics. Plus, y'know, it's a game. You can see real death and gore on Facebook just by scrolling down.

I don’t follow or even care for anyone’s social media. I enjoy the game for what they are. Simple as that. Even Yoko Taro my favourite developer, I don’t really follow his Twitter or Facebook or any other social media. I simply love Taro’s games.

Why not? The graphics are getting so advanced it nearly mimics real life. And I find that appaling. I´m not criticising Naughty Dogs graphical expertise, I´m criticising the content and their obvious infatuation with blood and gore. The level of realism is getting too much for me. Also, Manhunt and Soldier of Fortune didn´t have that type of graphic fidelity which made the content easier to swallow. It´s like comparing GTA 5 to the first GTA. Yeah, the content is still the same, but the graphics are so advanced now that the level of violence in GTA 5 is on a whole new scale. You just can´t compare it.

Plus, y'know, it's a game.

So now that graphics have advanced so far they should stop including explicit violence in games? Why? What harm is it actually doing? It's been proven time after time after time that violence in games has no bearing on real life behaviour. There's a reason people like Jack Thompson aren't in the public eye any more. No one cares. If you don't like seeing it, don't buy it. Infatuation with blood and gore has been a thing since before you were born - it's fiction, escapism, it's cathartic. The developers go through a certification process that slaps a gigantic "M for Mature" label on these products - if kids get hold of them, it's the parent's or retailer's fault.

I never said you wanted to see real gore, I'm saying it's 2018 and anyone with a smartphone and an internet connection has access to this stuff in mere seconds. Why on earth would companies tone down fictional violence that so many millions of people enjoy when literally anybody that can spell can type "real death video" into Google?

But I´m bothered by it and if that clip from E3 is representative of the game in whole, I´m not sure if I will buy it.
