Sooo.. I recently bought an iPhone XS Max (white/silver) and now I need protection for this thing.

I know there’s a shitload of cases but I want one that doesn’t make the phone look like dogshit. And I don’t want it to be thick and a plastic bomber.

And are there any differences between all the “screen protector” you can buy?

Just share your links and give me some recommendations what you guys are using.

Thank you. I’m an iPhone guy and don’t know if the price was worth but I have to admit it’s a damn good phone.

Pitaka is amazing. I got the case plus the wireless charger for my car.

Make sure you buy the edge to edge screen protector, otherwise you get the nasty line on the screen and it looks awful.

This is the case I use, it probably wont help in a drop, but provides grip and can set it down without scratching the back. If you want more of a grip, just go to eBay and find a clear gel one for like 5 bucks.

I’m using the official Apple leather case. It’s a bit pricey (like 50 bucks) but it doesn’t add much bulk, feels great in the hand, and the buttons have a good, tactile feel to them.

The downside is that it doesn’t give the bottom of the phone super great protection.

Got this case and I am really liking how the leather is aging. I keep my ID in it and it doesn’t afffect wireless charging.

They are most probably really good protection but they are too damn thick for me. Thank you though. I bought the ipitaka case now. The only ones that I would buy are the ones for 30bucks. the highend ones look enormous. Thank you and all the other guys for the suggestions

Yipes why? They look like "made for gamers" crap design with the bulk of an otterbox. It just disturbing thinking about putting such a nice piece of tech in something like that.

That's a bit hyperbolic, ain't it? They have a big selection and not all look like made for gamers.

I got the pitaka case, magmount qi and magwallet eu and I'm liking them.

Goddamn did I have a difficult time picking a case for my XS Max. The issue for me was finding a good transparent one because I want the incredible ass on my XS Max to be visible. Eventually I just bought some random $12 one off Amazon and it turns out it’s worked well. I’ve dropped the phone a couple times since and the bumpers helped for sure.

Edit: It only protects the back, sides, and corners. The screen itself is not protected at all, which I personally had no issue with because using a screen protector on this gorgeous display didn’t seem right. Bareback4lyfe.

About to pull the trigger on buying the Pitaka case for my new XS Max before the 20% holiday coupon expires.

Anyone have anything else I should consider before buying it? I want something that doesn't add too much bulk but is tough as nails. Pitaka looks good but I haven't really researched phone cases much.

The pitaka is absolutely great. It looks amazing. It’s thin and the grip is way better. Even the package it arrives in looks premium.

I’ve been going ”nude” with the Xs Max for a few months now and do not regret it at all. I used a case for my last phone (7 plus) but I really hated it.
