I will take the slap for derailing a thread, that I apologised for straight off the bat in my first reply to everyone dogging me. However, I was initially aiming to stop the mixed messaging of someone's meme being related to a terrorist attack. Whatever, I don't care enough.
I'm annoyed I can't post in the division 2 thread, or any of the epic game threads as those I enjoyed due to proper discussions had. That I enjoy, even here like this, however it is difficult here due to the clear lacking of members. But hey, least I won't get banned for defending my character right?

Your issue isn't a new one. We've had plenty of other members over the past year complain "yeah ERA is garbage, but GAF is so slow".
Maybe stoke some interest yourself, then. The community is only what you make it. If you want to sit back and be entertained by all the other members of the community coming up with all the topics, ERA is a significantly better forum that GAF, without question. If you'd like to speak your mind and find real discussion, on the other hand...

Its unfortunate to say, but, the shooter was absolutely correct in his assumption of how things would play out. Its going exactly as he envisioned, down to the minute details, which includes Reset playing there roles perfectly.

How can people discuss this horrible and sensitive situation in a civil and reasonable way, and not simply react before thinking, when you're punished for not falling in line with the partisan views of the mob and the moderation?
I have no prior history of warnings, no previous banning, I do my best to never be rude when addressing other posters if not provoked. Bam! 2 week ban, no warning.
Simply for making a plea to be more reasonable and to not lay the blame of all this massive suffering at the feet of Pewdiepie. I made my point to consider the motives of the psycho that actually committed this evil act. as he makes it clear himself. To not play into what he want. Neither we nor the media should be giving these fuckers the reactions they want. I quoted another poster, who in my opinion, made some reasonable points. The poster was even apologetic in their tone, but was also issued a 2 week ban for that very post.
Open racism toward whites, and sexism towards men go unchecked on there, but my post was somehow "downplaying hate speech."
