If only it was cross platform so my wife and I could play together. I might end up just getting another PS4 so we can play it. As far as I understand it's P2W if you're into PVP, but we're mostly doing it for the life skill stuff (farming, mining, economy, etc). I'm told it's not affected all that badly by the P2W elements.

TGO

Hype Train conductor. Works harder than it steams.
But is it any good?
Honestly I just interested for the character creator.
But it'll be better if the game is actually good.

I gave up on it after spending few hours on X. Apart from sexy character creation and good combat, there's nothing good. PVE stuff is awful and end game is forced p2w PvP.

You create sexy looking chick but you have no choice to run around wearing shitty default clothing that you start with for hours unless you spend real money to buy good outfits from pearl shop lol.

And minimum 100$ investment is required in order to make any significant progress in the game and that investment comes inform of pets and sexy maids which provides you perks like inventory slot expansion, auto loot pick up extra bonuses and other very important stuff without which grinding is super painful and so as ingame progression. Iam talking about 10-20 hours difference in grind without buying pets and maids

And don't get me started on Nodes system. If you can figure it out then please explain me as well coz it's super retarded in everyway.

It's a paid game with optional premium memberships which is important for anyone who serously want to invest in game and it has costly cosmetic paid items and p2w items with no Raids or any pve focused end game.

It's a mmo with potential but ruined by stupid design and greed.

I personally dropped it after hitting max level. Apart from the character creation and the decent combat, the game doesn’t offer anything.

If you like some crazy amount of grind, even crazier RNG and don't mind pop-ins out the wazoo ,the combat is fun and graphics are very good.

There are no dungeons, no raids, only world bosses.

The lore is forgettable at best and the quests are just there for more grind.

Nah. Fuck that. I tried it last year and it was cheap money grabbing shit. If you have to play an mmo go with Final Fantasy or ESO.

I didn't like Black Desert on the X1... I'd wait on PSO2 for my MMO itch. PS4 players should watch some gamplay first if it really suits you.
