I hope not. I hope everything goes and as many tattoos get stenciled on people's faces as possible.
I'm in my 40s. Last thing I want is every young kid to be clean cut and a great prospect at half my salary all sending in Linked In resumes to HR. That's why guys like me often get fired. No matter how good you are, if you get too costly and don't seem to add enough value, they'll gut ya for someone at half the cost.
Every company with decent controls will have SG&A expenses they try to hold to (that's Selling, General and Admin costs..... which is mostly wages and salaries). Companies' try to stabilize at a certain % of sales, but if it gets too high and profits sink, that's when pink slips get sent out, and vets are replaced with cheaper younger people.
The more moronic kids out there the better. They will never get a decent job at a corporation, medical job, or any role in any decently respected career field even at low salaries.
