MMA General |OT| We just wanna bang GAF

Just watched the ending again, Yair behaved like a little kid throwing a temper tantrum, he literally needed his trainers to hug and comfort him just to prevent him from being an asshole.

Apparently when he yelled at Bisping he said, that bitch talked so much shit, talking about Jeremy. Wow good to know you feel bad after poking him in the eye after he spent 6 weeks training in Mexico and a full training camp just to get eye poked by you. Jeremy didn't even say anything that bad tbh, just Yair being a little baby again. Lost a lot of respect for him.

There's also footage of the Mexican crowd throwing shit at Jeremy as he was taken to the back, absolutely disgusting behavior. UFC should never go back there after that kind of disrespect.

Jeremy and Yair confrontation after the fight

You've got to feel for Jeremy, six weeks away from family, the cost of the camp, cutting the weight and it ends like it did, also fuck those fans. Demand a refund from ufc, don't take it out on Jezza. Then for yair to head over and play it down, like it was no thing would've flipped my script as well.

Rooting for the Zombie v Ortega, a smashing I hope.

One Championship ramping upto their mega two part event in mid October with a fan fest in Japan with street fighter & tekken tournos.

i actually do think some kinda sport goggles should be allowed (they'd need to be form fitting and rubbery) to prevent pokes

it's such a killjoy for the sport and instantly takes me out of it

yes it's a violent sport but the goal should be to destroy each other without any terminable damage

Eyepokes are usually intentional...it's rare that someone bobs their head down into a poke. It's usually done with a "jab" with the fingers fully extended. People do that shit on purpose because they know it's viewed as a bitch move in the sport to stop a fight over an illegal hit, even though people who get eyepoked/nutshotted have like a 20% win chance if the fight continues.

They need to start DQing people waaaaay faster, IMO. Stalling on the ground/cage? Get your ass to the center. Eyepoke/nutshot? Instant video review. If it's obviously intentional, instant DQ. Grabbing the fence? Instant 1 point, back to the center. Right now you just get endless warnings, maybe 1 point taken after you do it multiple times. Then someone gets seriously hurt and they just call it a NC.

Rematch is on.

Edit... Beaten!

Thanks for the effort bro.

More developments from what happened there with B. Ortega being an A grade puta.

so sick of eye pokes, i thought we were getting a radically new glove

not that it matters much, stop poking eyes you goofy fucks
There was talk of them, similar to Bellator but nada so far. We've had two fights now in the last few weeks stopped for it, maybe we need a third. That was not accidental imo, he's a pos that dodges fights & was lucky to beat Zombie after getting beaten for 5 rounds.

The honour & professionalism is still about, much more obvious to spot the scum (yair, ortega, etc).

Introduce harsher punishments, ONE championship have yellow cards for inaction, holding fence, etc and it means you lose % of the purse. Red for dq.

Rumble back in at HW?

In Denmark I believe, so prelims start in just over an hour & has 7 fights.

Europe friendly action. Calling TrainedRage TrainedRage & JareBear: Remastered JareBear: Remastered

Edit.

Sheepshagger gets the sweetheart finish. Let the fight run a little more or sell Greenland, sort it out Denmark.

Main time.

Nice submission from OSP, thought it might be more interesting as Michal landed some decent hits in the 1st. Lacked in power though, no wrestling skills just meant OSP squeezed him.

Come on Khalil, Ion acted like an A class dbag & continues to. Let's go.

At the risk of sounding like an idiot, could this be related to her boob job? I mean it’s her first fight since the procedure and first time I can remember Joanna being speculated to miss weight.

I know her last right was at 125 but that was almost a year ago.

Barstool says fight is off, not sure if legit

I used to like Joanna, she doesn't seem to have that mutual respect you should have for other fighters and her game hasn't evolved as much as others. I can't see her beating any of the current champs or even coming close. Shame not to see the KH.

One championship has a whole day of banger MMA. Three grand prixs are wrapping up including DJs & the lightweight one with Angela Lees brother whose the lightweight champ.

I think they're charging for this, so if you need a link go to the usual providers.

I dunno why but I just am a Joanna fan. She came off a bit delusional after the first Rose loss, blaming everything other than her own performance for the KO, and after the second Rose loss still calling herself the SW queen, but overall I think she’s been a good standard of professionalism for most of her career. It was ballsy to go up and face Val at 125.

She doesn’t have a very diverse game but she rode that style as long as she could and it was a good run as champ.

I know she says cringe things sometimes but I support male fighters who say way worse.

I’d like to see her get back in the W column against Waterson. It’s an interesting matchup, skills wise.
