Which XBox games are you most looking forward to?

Personally what I'm thinking about in the next 18-24 months are: TUNIC, 12 minutes and The Last Night.

As you can tell I prefer games that don't have the 360 degree camera.

Halo Infinite, because is damn Halo.
Forza Motorsport 8, because Turn 10 with Series X power will be yuge.
And the next Rare game presented on XO19.

The Last Night is a big one for me. I hope it doesn't suck or end up as vaporware.

I guess if we find out some more about Halo Infinite and it isn't just another bad version of Halo, I'll be excited for that too.

I'm excited for the usual as everyone else. Here's my list.

Tunic
Halo
Bleeding Edge
Hell Blade 2
Gears Tactics
Ori

Of course, I have a list of 3rd party titles I'm looking forward to. However, game deals and Xbox Game Pass is not helping with my backlog. HAHA!

Halo Infinite, personally, 343, they've exceeded my expectations for the story mode in the Halo games.

Echoing most everyone's sentiments....

Halo Infinite
Tunic
The Last Night

Here's hoping Last Night won't get cancelled. I still think development was halted or delayed because Tim Soret was pressured and harassed into making the premise politically correct instead of what he originally creatively intended.

And one that hasn't been mentioned

EverWild from RARE
I am instantly out if it's multiplayer though (which it looks like it will be, although it hasn't been confirmed yet).

I'm hoping a few of these exist
Ryse 2
Lost Odyssey remake or LO2
Alan Wake
Quantum Break 2

But from what's announced
Halo Infinite
Ori TWOTW
Hellblade 2 (though I didn't like the 1st)

despite my constant bitching about halo 5, i still love halo so my most anticipated xbox exclusive is halo infinite. Im sure forza 8 will like amaze-balls but im more of an open-world horizon fan.

but im also keeping my eye out for e3, with a new gen maybe one of their acquited devs have a decent new IP to reveal.

Honestly everything off the top of my head. Even Halo Infinite but I haven't enjoyed or even been interested to play others in the series since the first 3. I'm just looking forward to playing with my friends since we've switched over. The next Forza's for some hopefully impressive next-gen gfx. The Last Night, Ori, and Rare titles. Wasteland 3 looks great, Psychonauts 2, Bleeding Edge, Playground's rpg title, and really most next-gen stuff is why I've been investing in the Xbox ecosystem. Should be a fun year, across all systems current gen and beyond.

Ori 2 Will of the Wisp. Recently played though first Ori and it was very good. One of the most beautiful 2D-games I've ever played. A bit short though with a couple of annoying insta death-sequences and trial and error.

Playground's Fable/RPG they're working on
Hellblade 2
inXile's action rpg (Wasteland 3 as well)
Obsidian's supposed first-person rpg they're making (Not Outer Worlds, but a new IP)
Forza Horizon 5, maybe in Japan next?

Hmm basically all of them. Plus since my X is more powerful than my PC, all the third party games too.

Current Top 5:
Halo Infinite
Phantasy Star Online 2
Microsoft Flight Simulator
Test Drive Unlimited 3
Cyberpunk 2077

Ori 2. The Blind Forest is easily my favorite Microsoft game this gen and hopefully the sequel ends up being just as good.

Hellblade 2 is my most anticipated easily. Need to play the first Ori but it's such a beautiful game I don't doubt I'll at least like it. Halo Infinite need to see more at E3 to judge if it's a return to form.

Main thing I'm looking forward to is what Obsidian can do with a budget:pie_moneyface:

They could fix the last night simply by making the main character trans with purple hair......maybe that's the delay :)
With the supposed storyline of that game, you're describing the main villain.

Halo infinite and potentially the playground fable / action rpg. Fingers crossed what ever the initiative is working on will be something that interests me, but if the recent concept art that came out from one of it's employees is an indication it seems less likely it will be.

Of all the ones I listed, I think Tunic could be the one with the most value. I get the idea that you can play that game forever given it's procedurally generated? I like the idea of coming home after work and relaxing a bit with that little fox with a sword.
