The issue is he doesn’t fully know what his disease is but from experience has found that the carnivore diet minimises his symptoms. It works for him and he stated very clearly multiple times in his last JRE interview that he doesn’t recommend it for other people. The reason he is trying experimental treatments is because nothing else has worked so far. You’re trying to assassinate his character and undermine his credibility based on complete misrepresentations of what he is doing and what he has said.

I don’t like Peterson personally. I always felt he was a bit too smug, and a bit pseudoscience / quack / I’ll argue with you just because, not becauseI believe in it / new age bullshit. He reminded me a bit of belle Gibson (google her with her “cancer” diagnosis) when he started talking health shit. However no one deserves this result and celebrities do seem to have a lot more pressure than most so who knows what has happened behind closed doors.

Peterson's alright. I have one of his books and watched a few hours of him speaking on YouTube. I think it's good that some young men are getting fatherly advice from him if male role models are entirely missing from their life. HIs secular advice is as solid as you can get as well. He isn't exactly saying anything revolutionary but some people need to hear certain adages with specific vocabulary for things to "click" and I'm glad that people are gaining wisdom that was otherwise lacking in their life. I do think he is a bit of a nutter but that's fairly common for his field and being at the top of his work. If you dig through history and look into the great philosophers and thinkers a lot of them were batshit insane and/or suicidal. Most of them couldn't cope with their own life issues. I don't think that invalidates their work but I can understand being skeptical of that person's advice.

Not sure, but in those type of countries, you can get treatement with unproven medicine, so it's just might be it. Anyway, he should have just suck his pride and taper that shitt off, without going to public speaking about Benzo's and his addiction at all. It would be better for everyone...

I'm not his biggest fan, but I'm glad he looks like he is recovering. Physical addiction is a terrible state to get in, and one which is very easy to reach due to how doctors casually prescribe these powerful medicines that completely transform how the brain works. Super happy to see this. His voice and thoughts have been SORELY missed in these times where leftist voices are largely unchecked or unchallenged by big enough names on the proper platforms. Granted it has allowed for some smaller names to become bigger though none left leaning and with the pull of Jordan.
