I decided to get back to intermittent fasting again. Basically I dont eat shit till 3PM. Do my little bodyweight workout and who knows might come leaner out of all of this. For me the fasting is not that much about losing weight but you feel so relieved when you wake up that you can go straight at it to start your day. I dont have to open the fridge and think hmmm what to eat today or shit its already almost noon, I should of eaten before bla bla. Just wake up, have a coffee, watch a bit of YT and go do something productive.

Yes that's exactly why so many women moved to come and live here instead of stay in the UK. Ask any woman here whether they feel safer and more welcome here than they do in the UK and you'll get your answer. But you've got it all 100% figured out so why bother to travel, experience things and actually speak to women?

By choosing to live in Dubai you are accepting the law of the land. The law of land in Dubai is less favourable to women than the law of the land in the UK. It's par for the course at this point though. Women won't talk to you, it's their fault. Started to gain weight surpirsnigly quickly, had to adjust my diet.

Rowing (was lucky to buy a proper device recently) 30 mins a day also helps to stay in form. (blisters despite using fitness gloves is a down side)

I've stopped shaving though.

My fantasy is that my girlfriend was actually a young high school girl.
As a teenager I would survive on snacks/candy/chocolates/junk food and never look any more than super skinny. Since then I put on weight and stopped eating anything fun.

But since I'm in isolation I decided Ill enjoy life and eat whatever.

I am not going out any more so no more junky restaurant foods (even at fanciest restaurants is essentially still carb and other calorie loaded junk food) and at home I only eat low carb foods so I actually went down a few pounds.
