It's a fantasy harvest moon with monsters and dungeons, complex crafting system and robust characters. The best farming sim imo and I've played tons of hours of multiple HMs/SoS and Stardew.
I'm currently replaying it right now been having a blast all over again.

In only seven days Animal Crossing has already entered my top 10 most played Switch games.
Gotta say, feel absolutely no guilt for sinking hours and hours into this game given the current situation. It has been most welcome.
Nintendo have done an incredible job with this game, leaps and bounds ahead of the other games in the series.

But if you view the menu by total time played it can give you a pretty good indication going off the other titles in the list.
AC is ahead of Civ VI, which I have 35 hours in, so it's more than that.

Haven’t played it since the GameCube one
But I ordered it last week thanks to a staples coupon and just got it
And I like it so far. I don’t get how I’m getting hooked on doing nothing. It’s a slow burner but the more I play the more I like it, and am reminded why I enjoyed the first one back in the day.
Full of charm, wit, and it’s quite relaxing.
My gf ordered a copy too, will be interesting to see how that goes as she’s not an avid gamer by any means but I can see her enjoying this game

When you open up the menu of your entire collection (at the far right of the home screen) click R to change how they're displayed.
Can show by title, publisher and most time played if I remember correctly.

There is no number, you can work it out approximately by seeing which two games it’s between.

I think changing the Artstyle for Xenoblade loses its charm to be honest. We have too many Anime inspired games for JRPGs (including the two sequels). I don't mind it but I guess playing the original made it feel special at the time. (Was happy to support my local VAs for it. Melia's VA is Jenna Coleman who is a big star now and is pretty local to where I live!!!)
You know what needs a remake more? The Last Story!!! Syrenne's VA is from my neck of the woods too and the characters personality matches our local chicks. XD Loved that game!!! The best moments were the funniest ones including references to Scooby Doo and Carry On for a certain sidequest. The Doppleganger Boss was hilarious as well!

Is that even possible at this stage, with so many games? What a fun rumor, though. Getting Galaxy 1 and 2, as a possibility, on Switch this year alone would be amazing.
Not to mention the never-touched Sunshine.
I could see it or something similar happening, though. Nintendo does go all-out for these big anniversaries and events (like the year of Luigi).

If it's true, I hope they do a good job, and not what they did for the 25th anniversary where they just stuck a Mario All-Stars rom on a Wii disc and called it a day.

Looks like they're putting quite some effort into this. It's a blatant Splatoon rip-off, but I haven't played that game since the updates stopped coming. Ninjala might be a fun replacement, though I'm not entirely clear on what the gameplay's like. It's free to play, so if it gains traction, new content is bound to keep coming.

Augh. Now I'm starting to really think about it, and... man. Galaxy would benefit sooooo much from a remaster. Like, the core visuals look great, but SD + the Wii's crappy video output + the compressed audio for that magnificent soundtrack? It deserves better.

If you liked Legend of Grimrock then it should be straight up your alley.
It's kind of difficult for me to explain but it's not as obtuse as the Grimlock games for a first person dungeon crawler. But it's still pretty damn tough, it's a good first person dungeon crawler and it looks nice.
