PC physical games that are DRM free

Could be old games or new games. Do they still exist? I'd love to know...it really bugs me most if not all modern PC games these days need internet or Steam to activate. So GAF, any good examples of PC physical games that are DRM free?

edit: By DRM free, I mean the types like internet activation required, mandatory downloads, etc.

I don't think there are any. Even the few that still sell physical copies usually just come with a code. I suppose you could find one or another if you look hard enough.
With that said, there are plenty that are DRM free, although sold through digital stores.

Sure there are. Apart from several Japanese games, there are also ones like

Most annoying thing is that it's only available in the US, so I had to import it.

I believe the Witcher series doesn't have DRM or anything.
Sadly no, not DRM free as is on the disc. Witcher 1 has Tages (with official patches to remove it), Securom on Witcher 2 (likewise patched out) but apparently gone in later retail versions. Witcher 3 is kinda DRM free? You need to grab a day one patch to launch it that isn't on the DVD in early versions.

Honestly I'm not sure there are many candidates for this. Before Steam mostly purged them everything came with Tages, Securom, SafeDisc et al. DRM free was pretty rare up to that point for commercial releases. Having the CD in the drive to play was a requirement for a long time even in cases where it wasn't strictly DRM as we see it now.
