On the xbox side of things, high frame rates, great ray tracing and higher Resolutions.
From the ps5 perspective, high frames rates and resolutions. That State of the art sound engine is going to be simply incredible once games take advantage of it. Then there is that new controller with all its advanced haptic features.
Then there's the blazing fast ssd, next to zero load times. Have i missed anything.
Oh yer Games, This next generation is going to blow people's MINDS.

I kind of wish I knew what mod banned me from this thread, claiming it was low effort. I was under the impression that when you read it, the reader could visualize with their mind what was happening behind the scenes at Epic.

Yeah. That's what Cerny was explaining in the Road to PS5 video. It will have a PS5 boost mode (for all tested and compatible games), PS4 Pro mode, and PS4 mode. That will change depending on what mode best suites each tested game.

Yes I understand that last gen the xb1 got its clock bumped up before release... that’s because there was extra power/TDP available. Compare the xb1 gpu to its pc gpu equivalent - xb1 had a much higher TDP.
This time round MS don’t have that luxury. So no, there won’t be a clock bump - the Xsex will be using slower clocks until they do an Xsex pro.
It’s gonna be a straight fight, 15% less tflops in PS5 vs 20% slower clocks on the Xsex.
And the winners will be .... ? I’d love to say gamers but let’s wait and see on that.
Personally I’m (still) confident there won’t be any practical difference when it comes to directly comparable titles (That’s 3rd party multiplat games).
1st plat is down to subjectivity so I don’t wanna compare those.
