Yeah, Gears of War sales if I remember correctly were pretty solid especially considering it was on Gamepass, but it’s the type of game that appeals more to the demographic. I doubt games like Ori or Grounded will receive a lot of attention from XBox gamers, but we’ll see.

Just show me Fable, Perfect Dark, and Obsidian new AAA RPG and ill be happy already know that Halo Infinite, Everwild, and Hellblade 2 will be there so if MS shows Fable, Perfect Dark, and Obsidian new RPG it already a great show any other games they show will only be a bonus.

Apparently XSX version runs at 4K 120fps, while PS5 at 60fps. Damn, even I wasnt expecting such drastic difference. So much for 2.2GHz sustained and RDNA3 features. Now my expectations in regards to XSX games are even higher, because obviously XSX has the upper hand when it comes to GPU and people who tried to downplay the difference in CUs were simply ... (I dont want to be banned, so please use your own imagination my friends

52CUs sustained 12TF with all range of DX12U features is obviosuly way more cappable GPU than 36CUs 10TF variable clock (I even can guess how far PS5 will downclock based on what Cerny has said, but I dont want to be banned, so I will keep it to myself)
Like I have said in my previous post, now I'm even more excited for 23 july. The power of 12TF (sustained and without any magic tricks) will shine

Thats what developer clearly implied, so I dont need to quess. Yes, Orphan is not impressive graphically, but if the same game runs at 60fps on PS5 and 120fps on XSX it should tell you something. Few months ago Chris Grannel has said the difference between XSX and PS5 is staggering, but people didnt believed him. yeah it tells me something, that they are gimping the PS5 version. Chris Grannel is friends with Xbox guys like Tim Dog, Colt Eastwood, etc. And hasn't worked for Sony in over 10 years. We just heard yesterday from a current The Initiative developer that the consoles are pretty evenly matched. He wouldn't say that if it wasn't the case, he works for MS

Not necessarily. It just means the focus of development was one over the other like some AA/AAA titles in this gen having the same resolution on Pro and X.
It may also be because PS5 isn’t hitting 120fps consistently so the dev just went for 60fps in order to make it stable and not judder.

You think I'm now liking this game simply because it shows XSX in better light, but that's not the case. I have never wrote anything possitive about "Orphan", so please dont suggest otherwise just because your imagination is telling you things you want to hear.
I may gently mock Sony die-hard fans on this site from time to time (maybe even everyday the last couple of days
), but I have no favorite console (although If I had to choose one gaming platform it would be PC). In fact before PS5 reveal I was even expecting Sony to win TF battle (my old posts in the next gen thread are still there). Of course with time my attitide has changed, but only because I have realized fake insiders were just making fool out of people here, and I no longer wanted to blindly believe everything I read in regards to PS5. I became more sceptic and then furious people (PS fans) have suddenly bombarded my posts with reports and really rude comments just for sharing my doubts in regards to PS5 variable clock. I thought moderators will defend me (after all I wasnt rude to people and I wasnt trolling), yet mods have defended PS fans and warned me for provoking console wars. I have realized then next gen thread is not a place for neutral people, you either blindly praise PS5, or you dont post there at all.I'm not hating Sony console, but only certain group of die-hard Sony fans, who blindly workship Sony brand no matter what. I dont want NeoGaf to slowly turn into marketing platform for Sony products, where people will be not allowed to question anything what Sony does and says.
