With Yakuza 7 (VF5 Lite included) in November, the first campaign will be almost completed.

Sega West did a good job for the fans and for Sega Japan (the sales of old games have been noticed on Sega's financial report).

Yakuza Zero could Reach 1 million downloads next year and Persona 4 Golden over 500k.

Sega is doing good money with the master race !
Thanks Sega West for Bayonetta, Binary Domain, Overkill, Vanquish, Valkyria and those good old games.

But we want more, we want ALL OF THEM in glorious 4K, 120FPS, 21:9... (All games from 1960 to 2020) Obey and you'll fart gold bars, Sega.

Evoluting wish list (currently reading your most wanted games)

Panzer Dragoon Zwei, Orta, Saga
Otogi 1 and 2
Guardian Heroes
PSO episodes 1 and 2
Anarchy Reigns
Daytona 1 and 2
Scud Race
Judgment
Border Break
After Burner Climax
Soul Reverse
Dragon's Crown
Skies of Arcadia (battle speed x 4)
Outrun (with the extra of the Saturn Version)
Sega Race TV
Shining Force 3
Virtua Fighter 1, 2, 3, 4

Yeah. The Panzer games: Orta, Zwei, Saga. Radiant Silvergun. Guardian Heroes. Otogi 1&2. PSO Episode 1&2.

All of it. Do what needs to be done. Call Microsoft. Bags of money. I don’t care. Get it done.

Added in the OP except Radiant Silvergun (not Sega published)

Guardian Heroes with the spruced up scaling from Samurai Shodown 5 as an option would be neato.

Twitter thread with more info and pictures.

Damn the pc. bring those to PS5/XSEX as a deamcast collection.
Funny how I'm always hearing about how console is great for game preservation and physical media as well but when digital ports of these games are coming around to pc, suddenly playing them on the console they are on isn't good enough anymore. It's almost like no one wants to play shit on old consoles and having games locked to them sucks tremendous amounts of ass. It's almost like having them on pc is what is best for the future availability of these games.

I think this song sums up what I want from Sega:

I voted for JSRF, but I want them all. I'm tired of Sega(and many other companies for that matter) releasing the same few classic games every gen and relying on those same few for revenue.

Besides a few surprises, Sega Ages was a big disappointment on Switch. Yes, I purchased most of those games on Switch, but how many times do we need an Outrun and Space Harrier?

I want games like Outrunners, Planet Harriers, Golden Axe: RoDA, and many more that have have been locked away behind Sega's vault. I don't want them locked behind Sega Ages, or just one console, or Arcade 1Up cabinets. Universally release all of the ones that haven't gotten a home port on all current consoles and PC's.

Consoles ?
Unfortunately, only Microsoft is doing a good job with backward compatibility.

PC is the right answer, then Xbox, why not. But Sony and Nintendo are not reliable for the preservation of the classics. It's like a waste of time. (I'm sure Sega is selling a decent amount of Panzer Dragoon Orta right now on the One)

Sega must continue to port games on Nintendo or Sony consoles, of course, but PC must be the priority.

Yes, and that's why I will eventually buy a series X. I own Daytona, and PD:O when I bought them on One X. I just sold my PS4 Pro, One X and One S to get ready for a graphics card purchase for PC. I don't buy the latest and greatest consoles at launch unless it's a Nintendo system.

Guardian Heroes is the priority for me.

I love beat em ups, and every time I talk about them, a prick appears from a bush and say "BeSt BeAt eM uP eVeR iS GuArDiAn HeRoEs" and I think "not this again..." before getting sad because I can't play in any platform I have.

To complete the tragedy I played Advanced Guardian Heroes for GBA and even with all the GBA limitations, I could feel a little how great the first one probably is. I liked the game a lot.

That said, there are a lot of Sega games I wish they ported also: Skies of Arcadia, Die Hard Arcade, House of the Dead, Daytona, Shinning Force, Yakuza Ishin...

In fact, scrap that. Port all of them. I wish every game got a PC port to preserve gaming history.

Damn what ? Do you realize the difficulty to port all those games on console ?

Look at this...

Binary Domain was ported one time on PC in 2012 (April)and you can still play it in 2020 in 4K/60 FPS for 15 bucks...

In April 2012, the Wii was still on the market, so for the same game Sega must pay ports for the Wii, the Wii U, the Switch et cetera because Nintendo (same for Sony) doesn't give a shit about BC. With each new generation of console the number of old games to port is bigger. It never ends !!!

All we got now is a blurry Sub HD 28FPS(lol) Binary Domain on PS3 or a Fine 4K/60 FPS game on Steam.

Porting old games on Sony or Nintendo consoles is a waste of time (at least Microsoft will enhance BD sooner or later on Series S or X).

With a PC Version, your game is evoluting year after year and for Sega it can be sold easily on EGS or available on GeForce Now, Luna...

PC is the future for players and publishers.

You're right. I just want to experience those games too. Esp JSRF

I missed out on JSRF despite being a huge fan of JSR on Dreamcast, I'd love to get a PC port to play it now.

And as always, I need a Skies of Arcadia Legends port with a 2x and 4x speed option. I'd weep tears of joy for that one.

Not only.

It's also a love letter to Sega West because we're not only ungrateful weepers or trash talkers.

We expect a lot from Sega but we also know to praise them when deserved.

Their PC ports were awesome ! They're selling well, we want more of them and Sega West is analyzing our datas, wishes...
It's a win win situation.

Star Wars ga gotoku ?
I guess they have the talents to make amazing racing mini games with:

Sasaki (Rave Racer, Sega Rally, Sega World Drivers)

OR

Sakamoto (F-Zero GX)

Star wars racer arcade looks like a generation leap over the console versions here, crazy how arcades were leading the tech race and years later they fell so far behind, killed the arcade industry in many ways.

Shame we never got a version like that for home consoles.

You can play Panzer Dragoon Orta and Guardian Heroes on Xbox One, for information. So there is already a modern solution to play these games.

Burning Rangers and Shining Force III get my votes.

For people wanting to play some Dragon Force, there is Brigandine on Switch that is quite awesome and feels pretty close to it (mixed with some Master of Monsters).

Why not release a SEGA storefront for PC and make every single game ever produced by them available on there. Would be a nice stepping stone to Dreamcast 2.

Hyper Duel sells for over $400 bucks and they don't seem to notice they acquired the license.
Listings are at 400$. Does not mean that the game actually sells at this price. Every once in a while there might be one guy who doesn't know what to do with his money that buys one, but that's it.
Retro games prices are stupid.
