Wasteland Remastered

My clocks went up over 600MHz running this bad boy, temps in the mid 30's.

Seriously though, as dated as this game is, it's been a lot of fun to play. Feels like I'm a kid sitting in front of my Tandy 1000 again. They stayed incredibly faithful to the original art and animation too, even the bright primary colors of all the enemies in the game for the new animated illustrations.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010) + Reshade

My only issue with this game other than the ugly sun flare was the very noticeable color banding and low resolution on the skybox, it was the one thing keeping it from looking like a more recent game. After seeing the talk here about Reshade's deband shader, I decided to try and use it and wow, why didn't I try this before. It works great, the game looks so much cleaner and pleasing to the eye. It's all that was missing from my Reshade preset.

The game now looks like GTA V with those "realistic" mods at times.

It's just a shame my screenshots always look darker than I'd like on any screen other than mine... One day I'll have a better monitor :messenger_crying:

With my custom Reshade. Didn't use the photo mode cause it doesn't have a hide Ui feature to take screenshots from reshade instead of the awful compression the game has with its feature.

I think I'm gonna free roam a little bit to see the city and uninstall the game. It's really bad.

Can't say I'm surprised, but it's still too bad. Looks really bland.

I just played Wasteland 1 which looks and plays like complete dogshit, but at least it was shitty due to it's age. I'd bet it's still a better game than Watchdogs 3.

Tag, you're it.
I can't tell if this is an ugly game that happens to be set in London or if it's ugly because it's set in London. lol

Those are selected screenshots, the game is very uneven: 1, 2, 3 (full RTX and maxed out)
It's not an ugly game, but nothing will make you stop and say "wow, THIS is next gen stuff". As said earlier, Division 2 look better and also perform A LOT better too.

Yea but without the wonderful loot. The game was supposed to have rarities on the people you recruit but they removed it cause of the riot people did on Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
While i did play Breakpoint the loot was really not interesting at all. Also i wish we could do some sort of genetic modifying on the characters. I really wanted to play with one character and have all the skills XD.

I'm curious to play this game just because I live in London and I would like to reshade it combned to RTX effect to see how photorealistic I can get it

I think it can look pretty realistic at times, with some more reahade you'll get some great results.

How is the game? Loved the original back then but.... That was a loooong time ago.
I read the review of the original back in 99 and always wanted to play it. So I bought it on GOG when it came there and found out that I just cannot get over how terrible the animations are and the old graphics. So I shelved it after an hour or so. Then the remake got announced on kickstarter, I was glad and backed it, but KS failed. But through some miracle they made it anyway, and I finally played it and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the closest thing to a Stargate game we ever got. It has low budget, obviously, but the graphics and animations are decent enough and it played well with gamepad. I can easily recommend it, the atmosphere is still strong and music brilliant.

This is such an underrated game, mostly because you "can't die", which is ridiculous. Yes you don't die like other games, but you still get back to some king of checkpoint if you fail, so the end result is basically the same. I had a little bit of trouble to get it running properly on W10 but now it's working flawlessly and it's a real pleasure. Too bad the real ending never make it into the PC version.

I loved it on XBOX 360 back in the day. Amazing how well the art style holds up. I got it in my Steam wish list for over a year now. Next time it's on sell, I will get it.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey + DSR Factor 4k (60%)+ Custom Reshade 4.8.2 + Raytraced Global Illumination ULTRAQUALITY

I downloaded the last reshade version 4.8.2 and installed the latest version of the raytracing shader 0.17.0.2, than I reworked the raytracing getting a further performance hit and I had to reduce the scaler to a further 10% over 4k to keep the frame rate stable at 30fps, still the Raytracing Ultraquality made for screenshots only gets the framerate below 30 (i need an RTX 3080 ahhhhhhhhhh)
