The game runs better (nearly perfect) when 1440p is selected as the output rather than 1080p..... SOFTWARE ISSUES....

This is an AMD slide, AMD RDNA2 PC CU blocks are doing the same thing. Who would of guessed ? I told you this months ago.

Pervasive means wide spread (across die), fine clock gating means very fine frequency control (variable).

Cerny talked about this first, AMD slide says PC RDNA2 is doing same.......but people either dont listen or dont understand.

People thought variable clocks was a weakness (nope), it is a key component of RDNA2 shader CU units and why ps5 is performing well (with sony GE helping and APIs designed for 1 silicon die only).

Thats why I said the 17 % TF difference would be MUCH less almost 4 months ago now, I was bang on. Maybe some are starting to listen ?

So you have no link. It's like your the clock is ticking PS5 is full RDNA2 and your PS4 games will load in one second on PS5 theories😂

People DO understand that Microsoft has some of the smartest graphics programmers IN THE WORLD. We CREATED DirectX, the standard API's that everyone programs against. So while people laude Sony for their HW skills, do you really think we dont know how to build a system optimized for maximizing graphics for programmers? Seriously? There is no way we're giving up a 30%+ advantage to Sony. And ANYONE who has seen both systems running could say there are great looking games on both systems. If there was really huge performance difference, it would be obvious.
