Yeeeaaahhhh... I gotta enjoyed this so through and through. Denji as a protag was unique and interesting and honestly one of the more memorable shonen protags I've seen. But apparently this is part 1 of the story??? I don't know if this will continue or not but if it doesn't then this was a good way to end it.

Watched Gantz:0 on Netflix. Honestly it was kind of middling and even I was lost in some parts. I couldn't imagine someone who never even seen Gantz watching and understanding what happens in this movie. A lot of things happened in this that didn't happen in the manga. Everything about this meh. CG looks good but it felt like I was a cutscene in a game. I was ready pick up my controller during this, lol. (iirc this series has a game as well) The only thing I can say that good about this movie is that it makes me want to pick up and read the manga again. That manga is the tops for sure.

I am. (was) I stopped watching it after ep 4 I believe. Everything was just too predictable and trope like BUT I'll prob watch in before Christmas.
Also "The Day I Became a God", is literally becoming Charlotte tier and it was also extremely predictable. SHAME. Because (again just like Charlotte) the first eps were actually decent.

Well, umm, yeah. I have probs with The Day I Became a God and I'm a Key stan...... I mean, how many times can you come up with a potentally good plot, but not be able to pace it or tell the story within a set # of episodes?
I'm still waiting for Charlotte Season 2 with a full 12 episodes of Yuu traveling aroubd the world stealing powers from everyone while sending letter back home to Nao while his mind & spirit break. Then re-air episode 13.
That would make it an incredible show.....

If the separated chapters would form a volume in Kindle, I would be buying the chapters in simulpub, but I don't want all the files scattered in my Kindle. -_-

Impossible. I told you about him many times before. Melancholia is something everyone that enjoys manga needs to read before they die. To date only Suicide Parabellum has been a disappointment.

But this means nothing. Here in my country the series is very well rated (and it seems in France too).
I mean, makes sense that north-american people gave the worst scores, since that US of A got the worst localization.
But I do not read reviews of people that I do not know. And I do not care about these ratings either. I used too, in the good old times of ANN, when Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou had the biggest rating. And then people started giving 9s and 10s for Death Note (lol).
Edens Zero has simulpub in 5 different countries. This is success, not a number in a north-american site. It is absurd to you to think that this would "take away" my enjoyment.

my favourite manga of all time, I wish jin kobayashi would make faster more chapters (I've read somewhere he intends to but so far he did 4 extra chapters in a few years, so, yeah...)but man there isn't anything funnier than that imo
