My retro game and collection room is about 95% complete since I moved last year. I have a second room that is behind the door that is about 90% finished based and what I imagine. I will use the other room also as an office room for work 🤣 those pics come at a later date.

I think you should take your gaming seriously, meaning make a living out of it. This simply beyond a hobby! Wonderful!

That's not so easy I have to feed my family😅. I guess I would love that but i have no talent to be a YouTube guy and working as an developer or game designer doesn't pay well is stressful and not a real option where I live. So it's I hobby I take to serious 🤣

My gaming room is quite small, but I think I use the space as best as possible. I don't currently have any of my retro systems set up.

*Consoles = Series X, PS5 DE, SWITCH, PS4 Pro (Launch unit, Death Stranding LTD), PS4 (MGS5 Limited)
*Mini Consoles = PC Engine, Neo Geo, Raspberry Pi 4 Retro (looks like an NES)

PC - Ryzen x3800 /32gb Ram/ RTX 3080/ 2x 1gb NVMe Gen 4
(Monitors LG Ultragear 27GN850 (1440p/144hx/GSYNC) & LG 27UK650 (2160p/60HZ)

Philips HUE Lighting.

Chittagong Chittagong i recently returned to GAF and missed this thread. I almost DMed you a couple of times because I remember your lovely setups from years ago and thought you should be the one to take over for Tabris.

Suddenly this thread popped up! I should've known! Thanks for doing this.

I'll post mine soon.

I always giveaway my older hardware + physical games. Sadly, couldn't giveaway my games on PS4 as those 180+ games are digital.

I can see you as a hardcore gamer, I really envy your passion but personally I can't stomach old games. Always looking forward! Lately I accidently found my Sega Game Gear, and it gives me a smile looking at it even though I didn't turn it on since 1990's.

Hardcore with no time on my hands 😭😅 after my retro session I finished demon souls yesterday 😁 lucky me my wife had a migraine and went early to bed and the kids didn't make drama so I could play to all my hearts content.

Yeah lack of time is the main enemy of gaming, especially with the lengthy games we get now like AC Valhalla. I throw like 6-12 hours daily and spent nearly a month to fully beat the game + collectables in a total of 162 hours of in-game playtime.

Still have to do wire management under the desk, and hide/fill the holes to the left on the monitors where another monitor mount and speaker mounts used to be. But just finished moving stuff around and took this pic.

I'm also in the Corsair ecosystem. Did they make a wireless keyboard or do you have a hole under that?

Also was thinking about picking up a Qi mouse/mousepad as I don't do anything competitive anymore so I don't really need wired.

How's that mouse work for you? Is it the Dark Core or whatever it's called?

It's wired I put a hole in the desk not sure about a wireless one, and I bought this mousepad before the Qi mousepads were a thing or at least I didn't know about them at the time lol, it's just a RGB one. The mouse is G502 Lightspeed, I used to have a Dark Core though. I didn't like the feel of the Dark Core and the middle click was loud, this one has a loud scrollwheel but it's not that bad, and feels a lot niver to me to use, lasts WAY longer on battery as well. Dark Core was done in less that a day, this one can last a week or more.

Yeah I don't think Corsair makes wireless keyboards. I'd drill a hole in my desk but it's an old mill table from around 1900. Would seem like sacrilege.

I see Qi pads for sale but I don't see an RGB/Qi option. Seems you can go for one or the other. I kinda hate RGB but having a nice blue glow while gaming in the dark is a good thing. Thanks for getting back to me.

This is not my usual setup I post, but this is not the usual year either.

Currently in Sicily in a rented villa, waiting for London covid figures to drop. Going to be red zone here soon, but thankfully we have a chef.

Based Switch and Series S, perfect nomad consoles. Next stop may be French Polynesia.
