Sprichs du deutsch oder nicht? And, with that, I think I am done with this thread. If you want to continue talking, please PM.

I understand a little bit, but not enough to read entire news articles without translation help, and stuff like DeepL is extremely sophisticated especially when it comes to dry reporting rather than nuanced conversations.

I'm not taking shit to PM. You don't just get to run away with your bullshit claims like a weasel, man. You're lying or trying to trick people if you are claiming that "Zwangseinweisung" or its plural form "Zwangseinweisungen" simply means "fines" (as in monetary penalties). Get out of here with that noise.

And finally, "Sprichst du deutsch oder nicht" is not something a native German speaker would say. It's some bullshit direct translation from English probably.

Canada and France possibly knew about the virus as early as October 2019 when they had military games in wuhan. Soldiers got sick (7:50)

"Yesterday on TV Lord Sumption caused huge controversy by saying a stage 4 cancer patients' life was "less valuable" than others. He joined GMB today to expand on his comments and explain what he meant. Our COVID panel also discusses a GMB poll which reveals that half (53%) of UK adults say that the current Coronavirus measures are not strict enough, while just one in six (18%) say that they’re too strict. A quarter (26%) say they’re about right. Our COVID panel debate whether restrictions should be tightened to stop the spread of the virus." (1/18/21)

I actually watched that one now. Is this a controversy to talk about expectations about life quality as a tool for public policy?

I assume this is done all the time in health care if you are limited in resources.

Well iam tired now.

They announced now that the Lockdown will go on for another month in Germany and they already talking about that many businesses now wont survive this lockdown anymore. Some more restrictions for the lockdown will be announced in one hour.

I focus now on my new appartment, then i have still like 4 months left before i move down from "Unemployment Benefits" to "Hartz IV" (its literally the bottom line of social help in Germany). Hope i can find a job before that happens.

Otherwise i dont know anymore.

Iam already only sleeping like 9 hours in 2 days. Cant really sleep anymore. I was able to endure it up to now but it slowly gets to me. The jaw surgery in november didnt help me too. Took a look of energy and knocked me out for a half month. (couldnt really eat, taste something and was swallowing blood literally every night)

I honestly wished Cryptoadam would have waited before posting RT. It seems the reports were right (to an extent), reported today.

https://www.dailywire.com/news/germ...rs-in-refugee-camps-detention-centers-reports

Germans who repeatedly violate COVID-19 quarantine rules will be held in detention centers and possibly under police guard, according to new reports.
Officials in the state of Saxony, which includes Leipzig and Dresden and is currently seeing a spike in COVID-19 cases, have approved plans to hold quarantine-breakers in a fenced-in area of a refugee camp, the The Telegraph reported. Another state, Brandenburg, also plans to use a refugee camp to hold quarantine breakers. Meanwhile, in Schleswig-Holstein, repeat offenders will be held in a juvenile detention center, the report said, citing Germany’s Welt newspaper.

They're sourcing Welt. I linked the article, but it's behind a paywall.

Here's another German source summarizing the Welt story that is not paywalled:

What is it saying if not that quarantine breakers will be rounded up and forcefully confined to centralized detention centers?
This about Covid-positive superspreaders roaming about. I‘m sure 90+% of German population are ok with these sociopaths being locked away until they are not contagious anymore...

Zwangseinweisung is a German term that means locking (usually mentally) ill people away because they are a threat to themselves or others. This has to be ordered by a judge and is regularly reviewed. Those „refugee camps“ are facilities that are comparable to a hostel.

Sensationalism at its best...

Perhaps it wouldn't be so disturbing if Germany did not have a history with locking people up against their will and the vast majority of the country being just fine with that.

Oh, yes, I'm sure the conditions are excellent. Mayhaps we get a propaganda video portraying how Quarantänebrecher are thriving in their new habitat? I'm sure those judge reviews are oh so very thorough and ensure that these orders are not being applied to gradually larger parts of the population!

The use of the word dissident is very questionable here. A dissident is described as "a person who opposes official policy, especially that of an authoritarian state"

If I oppose the official policy that it's not permitted by law to kill people and act in defiance of that it makes me a criminal, not a dissident. Refusing to abide by a quarantine set on you by the authorities because you believe the disease you are being quarantined for does not exist is a crime. Plenty of insane killers were convinced the people they killed were not real people too.

Since the effects of defying a quarantine are so severe (several outbreaks affecting thousands have been traced back to a single individual knowingly breaking quarantine) you cannot control this through fines or other measures then confinement for the duration of the disease, a fairly short period compared to most prison sentences for causing far less harm.

Precautions seem to be ramping up in China, Beijing announced a quarantine period of one month for overseas travelers entering china. Although in a typical Chinese way they just call this 14+7+7 to somehow soften the blow? My apartment complex put up a covid notice last week of just cleanliness advice and no large gatherings, it's not an official government notice (Yet) but they are limiting who can enter the complex and have already locked some entrance gates.

My estimate when I go outside is that mask usage currently at about 60% of people I see. Shopping malls and supermarkets have started caring again about temperature checks upon entering, although the stations had not been removed since last year. Also the return of my favorite as a foreigner here, people moving away from me while waiting for the bus or to cross the road.

My prediction? Another lockdown during the Chinese new year that's starting early February this year. This time I'm ready for it though and I've already prepped everything that was hard to get last year.

I’m getting the vaccine (1st dose) today. I’ll let u guys know how painful it is when I turn into a werewolf at midnight or whatever
I just had the second yesterday. Feel pretty good today. Arm is sore, but I was able to work out this morning just fine. Maybe not 100% energy wise, but close. I know some people who did have to call off of work the day after, but I could have easily worked today if I was supposed to.

It probably just happens that people saying that do not have anything at stake getting back to normal. Fuck you, got mine, amirite? Because who gives a fuck about all the kids skipping school (and those coming from poor families do not have the resources to catch up), restaurant owners, parents that have to take all their holidays to take care of their kids staying at home, etc.?

I have a family, but I know from my single colleagues a lot of them were super happy for the pandemic - they got to e.g. work from their parents' home for half a year while chilling on the veranda. Sun, clear sky, etc.

Video: Doctor Dies 16 Days After Getting COVID19 Vaccine (1/20/21)
The Miami-Dade County medical examiner’s office is investigating his death, and as of right now there is no official autopsy report. But based off the reports, lets see what we can make of his case. This man was healthy. He did not smoke. Did not take any medications. Never had any reaction to any medication nor vaccines. Supposedly three days after he gets the 1st dose of covid vaccine, he developed tiny reddish spots, or petechiae, caused by bleeding under the skin of his hands and feet.

Every. Single. Medicine. On. The. Market. Can. Kill. You.

NSAIDS like Ibuprofen:

Despite the well-advertised harms of NSAIDs, underpinned by Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) warnings and contraindications for diclofenac and COX-2 use in CVD,9 deaths from NSAIDs remain very high: more deaths than from road traffic accidents and twice as many deaths as from asthma or cervical cancer.”

I know it’s tempting to think the Covid vaccine isn’t safe seeing stories like this, but when a medicine is administered to millions of people - any medicine - a very small number of people will die. Law of averages.

If you’re not taking the Covid vaccine because a handful of people die... you’d better stop taking every single medicine that’s ever been made.

The current lethality of the vaccine is not even statistically correlated, that is how low it is.

Naturarly, every death is horrible, but as of now, with 54,3 million people vaccinated, less than 300 deaths can be connected to the time of vaccination. 7 has been directly connected.

Btw, if you don't watch the video, you won't get a image of the doctor, so here it is.

Biased and reactionary video much?

The guy in the video is a doctor who explains what happened to the doctor that died. A quote describing the contents of the video that I forgot to include in my post:

An obstetrician/gynecologist in Miami received the 1st dose of the Pfizer vaccine on Dec.18th and Shortly after receiving the vaccine, he reportedly developed acute immune thrombocytopenia. He died 16 days after getting the vaccine. His cause of death being a result of brain hemorrhage. Obviously, this is horrible. It’s tragic, and you feel for his family.

But it makes you wonder, was his death a result of the vaccine? And if it was a result of the vaccine, should that change your perspective on the vaccine? So I’m going to tell you my thoughts on this, but first lets learn a little more about what happened. Pfizer is actively investigating the case.

Over 10 million people in the United States have received at least one shot of either the Pfizer or Moderna coronavirus vaccine, the two authorized in the United States. Me personally, I received both doses of the Pfizer vaccine. So far, there have been about 40 cases of anaphylaxis, meaning a severe allergic reaction. None of which were reported as fatal. Many people have had other side effects like sore arms, fatigue, headache or fever, which typically last a day or so.

The Miami-Dade County medical examiner’s office is investigating his death, and as of right now there is no official autopsy report. But based off the reports, lets see what we can make of his case.

His age put him smack in the middle of being a poor candidate for any vaccine.

It is awfull, but then we can put it at 8 directly corrolated deaths with 56 million vaccinated?

Why do you guys want to post scare videos? It's like you thrive on it? It's frankly rather wierd.

Lets put that into perspective, again.

56 million vaccinated, 8 deaths can be directly linked to the vaccine.

Meanwhile, the virus itself:

97,268,676 infected, 2,081,227 dead, 69,827,251 recovered, 56,745,289 report ongoing issues.

So nearly 60% of everyone that gets the virus get more issues. but we should worry about less than 100 dead from a vaccine?

The Vaccine is the big bandit here? The vaccine is what will kill you? Just how do you think yourself regarding this? If you get this virus, you will probarly have issues for a long time, even if you don't croak, most people won't croak, but this virus has shown to damage:

  • Heart. Imaging tests taken months after recovery from COVID-19 have shown lasting damage to the heart muscle, even in people who experienced only mild COVID-19 symptoms. This may increase the risk of heart failure or other heart complications in the future.
  • Lungs. The type of pneumonia often associated with COVID-19 can cause long-standing damage to the tiny air sacs (alveoli) in the lungs. The resulting scar tissue can lead to long-term breathing problems.
  • Brain. Even in young people, COVID-19 can cause strokes, seizures and Guillain-Barre syndrome — a condition that causes temporary paralysis. COVID-19 may also increase the risk of developing Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.

COVID-19 (coronavirus): Long-term effects

COVID-19 symptoms can sometimes persist for months. The virus can damage the lungs, heart and brain, which increases the risk of long-term health problems.
By Mayo Clinic Staff

Most people who have coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) recover completely within a few weeks. But some people — even those who had mild versions of the disease — continue to experience symptoms after their initial recovery.
These people sometimes describe themselves as "long haulers" and the condition has been called post-COVID-19 syndrome or "long COVID-19."

Older people and people with many serious medical conditions are the most likely to experience lingering COVID-19 symptoms, but even young, otherwise healthy people can feel unwell for weeks to months after infection. The most common signs and symptoms that linger over time include:
  • Fatigue
  • Shortness of breath
  • Cough
  • Joint pain
  • Chest pain
Other long-term signs and symptoms may include:
  • Muscle pain or headache
  • Fast or pounding heartbeat
  • Loss of smell or taste
  • Memory, concentration or sleep problems
  • Rash or hair loss

Video: Long-term symptoms, complications of COVID-19

Organ damage caused by COVID-19

Although COVID-19 is seen as a disease that primarily affects the lungs, it can damage many other organs as well. This organ damage may increase the risk of long-term health problems. Organs that may be affected by COVID-19 include:

Blood clots and blood vessel problems

COVID-19 can make blood cells more likely to clump up and form clots. While large clots can cause heart attacks and strokes, much of the heart damage caused by COVID-19 is believed to stem from very small clots that block tiny blood vessels (capillaries) in the heart muscle.

Other parts of the body affected by blood clots include the lungs, legs, liver and kidneys. COVID-19 can also weaken blood vessels and cause them to leak, which contributes to potentially long-lasting problems with the liver and kidneys.

Problems with mood and fatigue

People who have severe symptoms of COVID-19 often have to be treated in a hospital's intensive care unit, with mechanical assistance such as ventilators to breathe. Simply surviving this experience can make a person more likely to later develop post-traumatic stress syndrome, depression and anxiety.

Because it's difficult to predict long-term outcomes from the new COVID-19 virus, scientists are looking at the long-term effects seen in related viruses, such as the virus that causes severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).

COVID-19 symptoms can sometimes persist for months. The virus can damage the lungs, heart and brain, which increases the risk of long-term health problems.

But, yeah, the vaccine is evil, and you deny that it works.

GL@HF, it's just the flu!

The purpose was not to scare anyone but to have others hear a doctor's analysis of what is known. Did you watch the video or just respond without watching it?

As the mainstream narrative shifts toward ending lockdowns such as in this editorial, it's going to be absolutely delicious to watch the sheep reverse course. The fact that this is happening in the already predicted manner, along stringently political lines, shouldn't come as a surprise to anybody except those who thought they were on the right side and find themselves irrevocably contradicting themselves in the name of staying with the pack. They will never admit to this, of course.

Count of Concision
I don't think anyone really believed that people were going to start dropping like flies upon receiving the vaccine. What they (and I) are more concerned about are the mid- to long-term effects, which is why I am taking a wait and see approach before getting the vaccine (if I ever do), and advising most people I know to do the same.

Once you vaccinate a lot of people some will die 5, 16 or 39 days later.

If you were to send a 'YOU WILL DIE IN 16 DAYS' message to a random American the odds of them indeed dying after 16 days are pretty low. One in 41,781 Americans dies on a random day based on 2019 statistics.
But of you send that message to 1000 people the odds of one happening is already over 2 percent, at 10000 more then 20 percent and if you send a hundred thousand Americans a message they wil die in X days there is a better then 90% chance one will indeed die that day. This would create some pretty huge headlines if you only look at the one dead person.

This is what happens when there’s a virulent new strain of a deadly disease running rampant across the country you run, prior to Christmas, and you don’t lockdown because you don’t want to be seen as the bad guy.

Johnson and his government have been fucking pathetic.

That's not nice and you know it. But there's no conspiracy being pushed. Just observations on a world full of yang that's forgotten how to yin. And that's really what's at the heart of this. The more people push for control, the more destruction and resistance they create. This is the essence of wu wei. It becomes heinous when those people pushing to control and negatively impact others aren't putting anything on the table, at least for the most part.

I think that’s ok. I am willing to roll the dice. Maybe you are not. I would advise people to weigh the risks themselves. But they need to go into with open eyes. There are knowns and unknowns to both. People can decide for themselves.

I don't take any medications and don't see a doctor or dentist for any reason most years.

The chances that covid will kill me are less than one percent. The vaccine that is 95% effective seems like potentially dangerous snake oil to me.

Yeah, I've gotta call bullshit on that without a source. Where is this data collected and reported? 56mm? Really?

WHO can say this, but the governor of my state has already indicated that he "doesn't agree" with this and will continue counting PCR positive as cases for the time being. He also "didn't agree" with the CDC on reducing quarantine from 14 days to 10, so that has not been done either.

That's what it's all about. Choice. Only even the most hardened and extreme minority of "antivaxxers" actually want vaccines gone altogether. For the vast majority it's about choice, and lack of coercion.
