The Palestinian Authority does not administer its own territory, Israel does. Israel controls the borders, including the flow of vaccines. As the occupying power, under international law, it has the legal responsibility to ensure proper distribution of vaccines. Why are you repeating Zionist propaganda? The US isn't a country like SA or China in the sense that it kills many orders of magnitude more innocent people worldwide than either of those two, maybe.
