Look on gumtree, facebook, shpock, begin sold for 450-500, im sure other uk users can confirm , and when they are in stock, they are available for a good 30mins or so, anyone that has not got the xsx by now, is just lazy or very busy.

Its Much Better then a few mins, with the ps5 and gpus, plus there is plenty available on facebook and shpock by paying £20-30 extra. Also ms have said stock issues will be fixed by june‐July. Which is great for xbox fans. Ps fans will have suffer for alot longer tho. Scalpers really piss me off.

This might be the most undeserved criticisms of any gaming company in 20 years. This is an awesome concept and they deserve praise for rolling it out first. Sony absolutely needs to copy this asap. The loyal fans of both companies have been mostly at the scalper's mercy for way too long.
Worry about expanding the base when supply and demand start meshing. They will hardly expand their bases when the cost of entry is hundreds above msrp.

That was some mysterious algorithm Sony was using based on your PSN account. They implied it was based on how much you've used it.... considering how popular Playstation has been for so long, and how few systems were available.. it's quite possible nobody who didn't participate in both the PS3 and PS4 generations got one.. it's highly doubtful anyone who wasn't an avid PS4 gamer got in.
I didn't, and I have in fact had an active PSN ID since PS3 days, and have spent quite a bit on PS3 and PS4.. hell I have 4 PS4s lol

It's a concept that would work wonders at launch but they wouldn't do it because of retail partnerships. Same goes for all of the console manufacturers. At this stage in the game it's just lip service, they will be well aware of the fact that most of the hardcore gamers within their ecosystem will already have upgraded. Look at the headline for example, this doesn't avoid scalping in the slightest.

I got one for a friend without a lot of hassle. No where near as bad as Wii, PS5 or the Switch originally.

Its crazy they announce this now because honestly...I bought my launch Series X by going to the little tab they had in the Insider app on the morning of the launch. I didn't even have to compete with all the site crashing and such..I simply opened the insider app, an ad was there, it loaded up with it in the cart and I checked out and it came on launch day. Maybe they added more to their 'system' and streamlined it, but thats definitely how I bought the unit I've got

Most games have had this before it was 'popular' to virtue signal. The issue isn't a diverse range of characters it's that a forced agenda is quite obvious and out of place for those with common sense. Diversity in the industry is becoming quite stereotypical in that you know exactly what to expect. And god it's becoming painfully dull and boring. Angry mentally deranged female lead is a stereotype in itself.

Oops I looked at the PC title release year.
I'm not sure how it ISN'T a AAA game. Rare called it their most ambitious game to date prior to release. It has large development teams and sees continued support. It sold for $60 at release. It's a AAA game, just not some cinematic action game.

By Rare's own admission before the game released SOT wasn't a AAA game. Their most ambitious? I can't dispute that. And did it evolve from 3 quests into something more, sure.

It was hyped Xbox $60 exclusive. Thats AAA marketing for a game that make no mistake released in early access. Basically a test bench for what they could get away with going forward annnnddddd if you take notes, pretty much bog standard for MS.
