That has got to be the best rainy jungle scene I've ever seen! The depth of field and fog are really brought out by the flashing lightning. Incredible. Surprising to see a few more games adopting this style lately, like Mechajammer and Replaced.

Wasn't Xbox employees, just "insiders" throwing crap at a wall and seeing what'd stick, then weirdly downplaying everything, then super-weirdly going FULL HAM WITH SPECULATION like two days before the event.

Ignoring them it was a pretty good event tbh. Just wish there were some updated gameplay for Bright Memory Infinite and The Gunk, maybe Scorn and Exo-Mecha as well tho tbh the latter two could probably be saved for end of summer. I'm curious if they'll announce any major 3P AAA games Day 1 for GamePass on the Thursday show, tho.

This is how you do it. Have your main show be nothing but rapid-fire game announcements and trailers, then do the in-depth interviews in a separate showcase close enough so the interest is still there for people who want to see it.

That God-awfull show they put on a few months ago with the Twitch streamers was unbearable.

I did enjoy the e3 showing. it flexed gamepass , showing what you are getting when you join. Got that Yakuza game downloaded which had me on hold but now going to try this new turn based version.

These "insiders" screw over Xbox more than they help. I'd rather have the show speak for itself, which this showing did. Sony does a better job of letting their games speak.

Thursday might be a little bit more in-depth talk on the e3 showing, doubt it'll be any bombas but hey would be a surprise if they did. Excited either way.

I did enjoy the e3 showing. it flexed gamepass , showing what you are getting when you join.

The funny thing is that Gamepass pic isn't even complete. We know there are more games coming very shortly Day 1 like Warhammer: Darktide and a few others.

They only focused on the ones shown at the conference.

There is going to be a bunch more that aren't even on that list.

It still has restricted international travel, and only recently opened up for US citizens. How far ahead do you think they would have to book to make this happen?

Right but the bigger point is that E3 has been shit for several years now. It gets worse every year. My point intentionally didn’t take covid into consideration because even if the virus didn’t exist I have no doubt it would still have sucked this year

Most people don't give a shit about any of the games enough, nevermind the devs.

This is for ppl that actually like the games and want to know more about the behind the curtain stuff.

I always find at this time of year you can see who loves games and who like games or are gamers.

This time of year really shows who is here because they love gaming, love consoles, or are here to fight.
