Ripout is a first-person horror shooter in which humans are pursued through space by an ever-adapting and evolving enemy. Fortunately you've got weapons like the "petgun" to give them a taste of their own medicine, as well as the option to bring along a friend in co-op play. Ripout is due to be released in 2022, and you can wishlist it now on Steam.

ipout is a Co-Op horror shooter where players will fight their way through abandoned, mutant-infested spaceships, collect loot, and customize their character in search of the last remaining bastion of humanity. Will you and your trusty Pet Gun find Sanctuary in time, or will you perish alongside the rest of Earth's residents?

Holy fucking film grain.

Is that just for the trailer, or is the actual gameplay filtered with film grain and CRT effects?

If it's just for show, then it's an interesting game to take a look at as the months come by.

But hard pass if it's hardcoded into the game itself.
