Enjoyed the first 10-15 hours but quickly got burnt out. Same thing happened with Valhalla but despite loving Vikings it happened within like 3 hours.

Will probably boot it up just to mess with it for an hour or so but don't see myself jumping back in.

The ps5 and the series consoles needs a Syndicate next gen patch. On the Ps5 the game has visual glitches, while the Xbox consoles are running the Xbox One version of the game.

I've heard that before. I just don't think AC is for me really anymore. I think the thing that bothered me most about Valhalla was what felt like a complete absence of impact when engaging in combat. Terrible sound effects, and no feeling of weight during impacts.

Yeah the whole thing is just better, the scenery, the characters, the under water life, exploration, loot, story, stealth, etc. Haven’t touched the Valhalla DLC though.

Id say Valhalla combat is better at high difficulty because enemies have stamina meters know and its so satisfying breaking em. But England is sooo damn dull a setting compare to ancient greece like holy shit. I still remember walking down Athens. Here Lunden is like..just ruins.

Odyssey was probably my favorite assassin’s creed game. I still never finished it though. The games now are way too massive, they need to scale it back a little.

Wow, for me it is the polar opposite. I just hated so much of Odyssey's combat and the weapon/armor system where you get 30 swords and 15 helmets in 5 minutes.
I liked Origins combat btw.

I liked Origins too, best story of the three last ones. But Odyssey had the best sum of all things for me. I enjoyed just travelling the world taking in the scenery. In my first 30 minutes I had seen sunny beaches, rolling waves, reef fishes, sharks and a whale. Perfection!

I enjoyed the game so much and finished all dlcs. Not sure how much more time than 120 hours spent I’ll give to this title but I’ll stop by. It is a better game and the characters than Valhalla.

I agree. It has some great stories and acting and a better more lively world than the Witcher 3 with better combat. Odyssey > The Witcher 3 all day long.
