Maybe you can't.

A) learn how to track.
B) learn how to pull down at a constant rate and build muscle memory for weapons/scopes.

I have uploaded clips to the pubg site actually. I have no idea where they are, nor do I care to find them. One look at that clip that I posted of his proves he's cheating.

I've got over 5000 matches with just over 10% win rate and 48% Top 10. Probably 50% of that is 2 man squads too.

I have uploaded clips to the pubg site actually. I have no idea where they are, nor do I care to find them. One look at that clip that I posted of his proves he's cheating.

The clip you linked didn't prove anything. It's highlights, of course it's gonna be the most 'sus' kills. Could be a recoil macro, could be good recoil control. I watched a decent chunk of the guy's (now expired) Twitch VOD and I wouldn't vote to convict.

I've got over 5000 matches with just over 10% win rate and 48% Top 10. Probably 50% of that is 2 man squads too.

So, no link to your stats. I'm just going to stick with the theory that you didn't put in the work to really master the game's gun mechanics.

PUBG has been close to the only game I've played for the last 4 years but sure, stick to that theory because you want to defend a cheater for some bizarre reason.

I think Sony has a deal to bring a pretty cool shooter in the next year or two...

BF2024 is gonna be the game this winter along with SplitGate. Apex is still good and Destiny update is early next year..... no shortage of shooters.

This device should work for any game where the guns have recoil.

And then there is the device that lets you play with a mouse/kb but fool the game into thinking you are using a controller.

I can't believe this is as widespread as the thread suggests, but once you know this is out there, some people will be wondering if high scoring players are cheating or not and that could become pervasive and mean people will stop playing as a result.

I'm surprised that console cheating is suggested to be more prevalent than pc, surely even if this piece of custom hardware is readily available, pc players who want to cheat just need to run some software, right? That's so much more available that it must be more popular.

I can think of some ways to check the controller signal isn't being interfered with but I wonder if this will be one of those things where the people who make these devices will just keep adapting and either updating devices or bringing new items to market.

To help prevent cheating, why cant devs just scour leaderboards and flag gamers with stupidly impossible W/L, K/D, off the charts shooting accuracy % and stuff like that?

It's like those old COD leaderboards on Xbox 360 which had glitchers all on top of the leaderboards with a billion kills and negative(?) wins. Activision never cleaned up those leaderboard stats.

Or are cheaters that mindful and they'll cheat for 3 games, and then play 8 legit matches to balance out their career stats?

I thought about that too, could you just put cheaters in their own playlist?

As someone said earlier in the thread this is difficult when the device can be so easily toggled on and off, in Warzone/PubG, if people only use it in the last few circles those stats won't be so illustrative, etc.

Good point. I never thought of cheating in that kind of way. Watching videos, I just assumed cheaters play full matches going 50-0 with aimbots and seeing through walls from the start of the match.

Even if developer doesn't have anti-cheat tools to flag gamers, just have gamers with godly stats (cheaters from the start of a match) in their own ranked lobbies. It solves it naturally for those kinds of cheaters. Makes sense. If some gamers with 90% shooting accuracy and have won 400 matches in a row, then put all those gamers in the same ranked matches.

Yeah that dude you posted is 100% using a recoil mod, its so obvious, lmao (I say this as someone who have 3,000hrs on pubg between pc/ps4 and xbox)
