First of all no, I'm not a bot talking about myself or anything like that... unless yeah, you'd think that my noobishly level but reasonably inflated post vs. likes stats were all achieved in pursuit of this one dishonest cheerleader post...

I digress.

This guy good. He's doing what has been done heaps of times before, but i just appreciate his delivery and wit. Kinda reminds me of Mandalore Gaming, though this guy is talking about movies. He clearly delights in picking out writing errors, writing achievements, and logical missteps, whathaveyou. Can be pretty funny.

He's also pretty new. At least, he's been doing it for a year or so but he's only got a few videos done. RL may have distracted him a bit. I'm thinking, if we could get him a few more likes and subs, maybe we can coax him into maybe tackling season 2 of The Mandalorian, or whatever.

If I am being honest I think he is an idiot. Why, because he thinks Mandalorian should be better. Why, because the biggest room in the world is the room to improve, but that does not mean every creation has to be judged on the metric of how it could be perfect. In fact, the most important criteria for judgment should be "did it delivered on the promises it made, the themes it wanted to tackle", in simple terms did it did justice to the subject matter at hand. The thing about stars wars is that those who grew up with them think they are very well written stories, then they went to teenage and early twenties and watched prequels, and in a very cliched fashion, they were overly critical like how every twenty-year guy on youtube thinks how smart he is and how stupid are other people to not find what he sees. So the comparison went like this, Star Wars+5(inflated amazingness) vs Star Wars Prequal-5(inflated failure) when in reality all first six movies are really equal to each other. Now I know I am not going to convince many people here about that because nobody here is going to accept Empire Strikes back is equal to Attack of the Clones. But that's how it is, they are all solid 7.5, really good film and the Mandalorian is the same. Nearly every alien in star wars speaks English but to show how in-depth the world is they show one or two other languages, same goes with marvel. Because from the very inception of star wars it didn't wanted to be a critical masterpiece, it wanted to deliver some entertainment along with cherishing some human values and for that, they wanted to put just enough to create a suspension of disbelief because there are limits of budget and time. But if you are bent on finding the flaws from the start it won't work. And to emphasize why he is definitely an idiot let me show you how truly fallen this guy is. he says, 'Why does moff Gideon stand on his crashed craft other than to give us a cool shot', because cinema is all about encompassing large passage of time on single shots. That's literally half the shot of all movies, you are capturing a theme through action. For example, my favorite shot of all time is in 12 angry man when all of them are standing in the middle of film opposing each other. People don't stand like that in real life but the movie is trying to depict a very important theme, how anger has made these men blind, and yet the truth has penetrated through that anger because such is its nature and now they are trying to find a recourse from their position.

Did you watched the video. It sounds like you are in fan mode and i destroyed your fan bubble. Did you even read you fool. I litreally made a about a point he made near two third mark of the video. Youtube is full of idiots like this. I doubt you have ever sat through end credits of a movie. A movie or tv series isnt just made like that. All the things he critiques cant be given in 3 hours or 40 minutes. We will have overbloated mess if you took this idiots feedback and improved on the movie or tv series.
